Went to look to buy new car.

Went to look to buy new car...when I walked in I was really surprised the music was so loud..(.thought for a moment was I in a night club) walked up to front desk ask the young lady were there new cars are....she said what!!! Had to repeat my self...she just pointed to the back..went to back all the cars were mixed up...used and new.....the manager saw me walking out and I told him your cars are all mixed up....should be all new cars on one side used on other side .... a customer doesn't want to spend there whole day looking at cars....not the best customer service at this place......so I moved on and purchased somewhere else..

My salesman Christian, whom I was in direct contact with

My salesman Christian, whom I was in direct contact with the day before, the night before, and the morning of my arrival, after an hour drive, failed to know or tell me that the specific car I wanted was sold 24 hours prior. The sales manager failed to even come to talk to me at all. Oh, they did have another car they might be able to get with an extra 10k miles for an extra $1500. This is not how you treat customers. My experience at Carvana was amazing and I will buy all future cars from an organization that appreciates and respects my business.

I should have written this review when I got my car two

I should have written this review when I got my car two years ago considering the whole process was BS and after reading the reviews and seeing I wasn't the only one (I wish I would have read the reviews before trading my old car in and getting the car I got) I feel I should share my experience with this shady place. I originally went in because I saw a car listed that I wanted and was able to take it for a test drive. It was perfect and affordable for me and I said I wanted it. Now unfortunately I had to wait until Monday(I went on a Sunday) because I wanted the credit check ran through my credit union ONLY well because the car was 2012 or 2013 my credit union said no. I really didnt want my credit dinged again because I know car dealerships are notorious for running your credit because its good for them. Well aside from saying I would need to put a deposit down on it, which I didnt they did end up running my credit but telling me I would need to put 3 grand down instead of just 1 grand. After a few minutes of thinking I said ok fine I will put the 3 grand down. My sales person then says....sorry the car just sold that some guy supposedly came in and paid 10 grand cash even though I had already told him I was willing to put the 3 grand down. They end up showing me a car thats about 11-13 grand more, which was too much for me but I needed a more practical car with space as I am a single mom. That already upset me and the fact my credit had been ran. I go through the whole process of paperwork waiting hours and hours and think everything is fine. About a month goes by and I still have both loans, the one for my old car was still showing not being taken care of. I then get a call from them saying I had to go back in and resign some documents because (and I knew it was a lie but I was just already over it) but they tried telling me my zip code/county was wrong and would affect taxes or something so I came in a filled the paperwork back out. The next day I get a notification THEY RAN MY CREDIT THREE MORE TIMES! I was livid and it was clear what had actually happened because I was told that my loan would be through Wells Fargo, it seems that Wells Fargo actually said no but that didnt stop them from running my credit through them again, on top of Coggin themselves and then Capital One, because my loan is actually through Capital One now instead of Wells Fargo and they never told me that was going to happen. When I reached out to my salesperson he acted like it was no big deal when the main thing I stressed was I am particular about my credit after spending the last few years repairing it. He was telling me how it will fall off in two years and will come back up after a few months. So what???? I was lied to had a bait and switch done and was left with 5 inquiries on my credit- 3 of which I wasnt' even told would happen. Coggin Honda is absolutely horrible. They may act nice but it's just so they can screw you over. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone and honestly I think everyone should be fired from there because after reading more recent reviews nothing has changed. (Just want to add I didn't work with the salesperson listed but I couldn't post the review unless I added someone)

Took my money! Trashy dealership!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They asked me to put $1,000 down to hold the vehicle. They next day they took my $20,000 down payment. The following day they told me they didn’t have enough of my information and they wouldn’t be selling me the vehicle. I called and spoke to a manager and they sold the vehicle from under me after taking my money. Now they are refusing to refund me in full. Poor customer service. Just another scummy dealership. Don’t waste your money!

Shady dealership!

Shady dealership! I was interested in a vehicle and they asked for $1,000 to hold the vehicle. They next they they took my $20,000 for the down payment. They said they had all the paperwork started and they would mail it. The next night I got a call saying they didn’t have enough information and they could not proceed. I called the manager the following day and he told me they had sold the vehicle to someone else. THIS IS ABSURD. Now they are refusing to refund me my money in full. I could not be more disgusted and furious. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!!! Shady trashy dealership.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HONDA DEALER!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HONDA DEALER!!! All my life I have purchase cars from honda, but this is the worse honda dealer ever. I walked in and was given a price for $28,719.55 and had to give $1000 to preorder the vehicle and waited 3 months for the car. Now that the car is here they are telling me the cost is $29,322.69, I question them of why the difference and the answer is thats the way the market is right now. The answer is that is the price if you don’t want it someone else can buy it in 10minutes. DO NOT BUY THERE! The only reason is because they have someone else they can sell it for a higher price. They just taking advantage of people…

I made an appointment later in the day because they are

I made an appointment later in the day because they are very busy in the morning. I was told 30 minutes. When I arrived I was informed it would be two hours. The service person comped a tire totation. So I wait for about an hour and took a walk around the dealership. I saw my car on the lift there was nobody working on it. So I walk all the way around the dealership. And now I'm back looking at my car on the lift. I see a young man wearing headphones and using his phone. I went up to him and asked if someone was going to rotate the tires. He jumped a mile and said I'm doing that now. He proceeded to add the oil and rotate the tires. When I saw the pressure 35lbs. I questioned him as to why he wasn't going by the pressure indicated on the door. He said that they put 35 lbs in every car. It should be 33lbs but they add 2lbs because the tire is hot. I explained that the car had been sitting in the shade inside for over an hour. He said well that's what they do. I spoke to the service .writer she said she had been there 5 years and that's how they do it. I spoke with the service manager who apologized. Unfortunately he did not seem to care about my issue. The Service Manager showed absolutely no empathy or concern. When I mentioned the two hour wait for an oil change, he said that was common with all dealerships. I was amazed at the lack of customer service.
