    Had a oil change appointment at 1:00 pm. They did not finish till 3 pm. Oil change was fast, customer service staff excellent. When it came to waiting for my car to be washed awful. Had to wait so long when they brought car out was not washed. Customer service person had to do it themselves. Takes too long to have car wash after service. If I did not have a free service would of complained lots more. I am a 82 year old person should not have to wait. Car wash service needs faster improvement. I think free coupons for services should be on the way.

    I first went to Melbourne looking for a 2015 Camry. Larger dealership I thought would have inventory as I saw on the Internet but they had none. Came back to MI stopped at Mike Erdman Toyota. They had only one and Speer helped me through the process . Hardly any hassle and No pressure to buy something else . Easy, went smooth and was out the door in hour and a half. Had a follow up call to see if all ok with car . Great service!

    I never found out whether it was the dealer or crappy warrentee by Toyota company. Purchaced 2 new top line new ( Avalon and suv you no longer make both over 40$. The suv had rear door window explode for no reason . They said it couldn,t happen. I think the dealer just Didn,t want to go to at for me. Warrentee was valid. Other than this one time issue I have had great success dealing with them on all levels but as its now time to trade I don,t feel I owe loyalty and will look at my options.

    I stopped by the Nissan New Car Lot in Merritt Island today with my wife. A sales agent, Charlie Hodge, on his name tag approached us to within about thirty or so feet. We were not greeted with a hello or a how are you, my name is Charlie, can I help you. It was just: "you looking for something specific?" I proceeded to tell him what we were looking for and had several light car questions for him, for which he really did not seem like he had time today or just had dismissed us as not serious buyers (posturing away from us, short dismissive answers). Finally, I got down to: "What kind of specials are you running right now?" Well, that set him off. His reply: what you see is what you get. I won't discuss any specials or deals until we sit down to write it all up. My reply was: Really? I can get my price narrowed down online with multiple dealerships but chose to take the time to come in person today to see what we could find out early on in our search. His reply: Fine. Do that then.....and he walked away. I kid you not. That was the extent of how much he really wanted our business today. Little did he know that my wife and I are replacing two new vehicle right now with new vehicles. Cash on hand and liking several Nissan models as potential choices. However, this rude and dismissive treatment went a long way for me to never reconsider coming back to this dealership.

    I purchased a used Tundra that had two minor problems; a broken tail light lens and the rear seat wouldn't release so it could be repositioned. I went back to the dealer three times to see my salesman, Steve Bowles who informed me he was busy with another customer, was working on his day off, was really busy and other comments that made me feel like my business was not needed nor appreciated. I fixed the seat myself but really wanted the dealer to replace the broken lens. The truck is absolutely marvelous, the used car department is not.

    I recently bought a new 2016 Tundra and couldn't be happier! I haven't had a new new vehicle since 2003 and so much of the technology has changed since then! Speer Mabry really knew his stuff about this truck AND my 2010 Tacoma I traded in! He was very thorough in explaining every little thing about my new truck, from the towing capabilities to the navigation system. I plan on keeping this truck for years to come and feel confident I know everything about it I should. I definitely am a fan of Toyota's and the knowledge that Speer shared with me just reaffirmed why I love these vehicles. I also want to thank Mike Farrell who was the main reason I came to this dealership! He took very good care of me from fixing my dad's 4Runner to getting it ready for sale to buying my first new full size truck! I am confident I made the right decision by choosing this dealership because of the way I was treated fairly and received the knowledge I need to thoroughly enjoy my new Tundra!

    Great buying experience. Gary Miracle was the salesperson. He did a great job and made the process easy and relatively fast. I bought a 2014 Tundra and couldn't be happier with the truck. In the service department, I had the same experience as many others. Although I made appointments (oil change, check fluids and tire rotation) my wait both times was over 2 hours. When I asked why, I was told the same thing both times "We're very busy, what do you want me to say". When I was asked to complete a customer survey, I did, and because both surveys were below average I was told that the service manager would contact me. This never happened, although I receive many notices from the dealership asking me to return for service.

    I have purchased 4 new Toyota's from Mike Erdman Toyota mainly due to Jay Piter and his superior service team. Jay and his team make having my vehicle serviced at Mike Erdman Toyota a total pleasure. Prompt courteous service provided by Jay's team will keep me buying Toyota's for years to come.
