Terrible service
Waited for service representative for over 25 minutes. Then was ignored when I went back to his office. They don’t have enough work force to service customers in a timely fashion. This isn’t the first time I have waited for service. The problem is my time is worth more then their over priced service. See you later Vatland

Dishonest dealership
Salesman Bill Green lied to us about selling the car for nothing over msrp to get us in the door.Then he told us we had to buy a $2100 options package on top of the msrp price to buy the car. I hate being lied to. Then they wanted a non-refundable $3000 deposit. Now there's a red flag. I wouldn't buy an outhouse from these people.

Ask for Jarrod, service tech. He follows through. And remembers your name! Nice clean facility. Free coffee and chocolate chip cookies if you need a fix.

Regular Maintenance and Repair
Regular maintenance performed on Ladies Day! Done well with a "Sweet Touch" of all types of Easter Sweets as I waited for my car. John my maintenance rep was professional, kind and informative.

Service details and communication complaint
Excellent service yesterday. One recurring problem. You keep notifying my husband about my car. He is more than fed up about this and I am getting into trouble. I know you have my contact info. Pls use only this. I have asked many times. Take the time to make the change and DO NOT CONTACT him EVER!
