    I just purchase a 2015 Honda Pilot from Community Honda. The salesman was Dan Castorena. This was absolutely the BEST experience I've ever had in purchasing a car. Even the dreaded "Paperwork Guy" was great. I can't speak for the other salespersons, but I can state emphatically that Dan was Wonderful. He was also very knowledgeable about the Pilot and explained everything to us in great detail. Even after the deal was closed and we had the car, Dan was more than willing spend as much time necessary to teach us anything we needed to know about the car and told us to feel free to come back at any time we had any questions whatsoever. Dan wasn't the only one we dealt with, everyone was very pleasant and couldn't be more helpful ... and there was absolutely no pressure at all. Naturally, I highly recommend this dealer and especially suggest you ask for Dan

    We were shopping for a Honda CRV. We found exactly what we wanted on the internet. We live 442 miles from this dealership. We were told to get pre approval for the financing and bring our trade when we came. We were pre approved and spent over 7 hours on the road traveling to the dealership. We were promised by 3 different people that the car would be held for us to travel the distance to look at it. We were almost there, when we received a call telling us the vehicle was mistakenly sold about 1 hour ago. What kind of a dealership does that. Absolutely no excuse for that. I would NEVER recommend Community Honda in Orland Park, IL to anyone.

    I purchased a 2017 CRV touring from Community. My salesman, Jim, was very helpful, patient and not pushy. I had conversations with the general manager as well as the owner. A truly wonderful buying experience.

    I have not met a more professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and personable salesperson than JAKE MUELLER! I couldn't have been more pleased with the service he provided and the way that he treated me during the entire process. He is a top notch individual and a credit to the Honda brand!

    My wife and I went in looking to buy a new car. We got Jake as our salesman and had a wonderful experience. He explained a lot of the features before we even got in the car for a test drive. While on the drive, I mentioned that I was a little worried it wouldn't fit in my garage since I park my motorcycle in front of where I park. He told me to drive to my house and try it out so I would know for sure. He was very nice and professional. I ended up buying the CR-V. It was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Jake.

    Sales staff was stand offish and not friendly at all when we asked about used vs new. The whole attitude changed. Asked for a different rep, then finally left after waiting for 20 minutes. Frustrating after traveling in. While waiting we witnessed a customer chatting w the manager about problems with his '17 accord. The manager said "not my dept, i can not help you when they wont." The guy pressed on saying its the 3rd time for the same issue. . . After being bombarded by emails of how 'great' their customer service is and 'check google', I responded to the GM detailing our situation. Its was 2 weeks on Monday... we've yet to hear something back. They treat you like royalty, while pressuring you to close the deal . Would NEVER shop there. Never going back.

    If I could give no stars I would. From the snarky salesman and manager to the very deficient service department I have never had such a bad experience. I love my car, but this dealership is the WORST. I would not recommend getting a car from this place to my worst enemy.

    The Finance Manager should be fired for his lack of professionalism & condescending attitude. I wanted to purchase two automobiles for my company with cash/check, but was horribly disrespected by the Finance Manager (he was alarmed & inquisitive that I wanted to pay cash/check, and claimed I am not authorized to purchase the vehicles yet urged I look into financing (I own the company and have purchased at least 20 automobiles in recent years with no issues, attitude, or pressure to finance when YOU ARE PAYING WITH CASH/CHECK). Months later, I get a notice from the dealership that The Finance Manager in question, did a credit check on my company for no apparent reason! I'm glad I took my business elsewhere, and thoroughly enjoy my new company vehicles from a nearby dealership. Stay away from this place!

    Just picked up a new 2017 CRV EX-L from Community Honda. Thanks to Dennis Pieczynski and Ryan Marlow for making this car buying experience painless. Both Dennis and Ryan are Pros - there was no game playing. Other dealerships want to waste your time with the usual back and forth - none of that here! Ask for Dennis or Ryan when you come in - you won't be disappointed, and you'll get a great car deal.
