    IF YOU WANT TO HAVE BAD EXPERIENCE DO BUSINESS WITH AUTO NATION CHEVROLET THEY CALL CORAL GABLES,YOUR NIGHTMARE BEGINS WHEN YOU BRING IT IN FOR SERVICE, YOUR SHUTTLE IS NOT AVAILABLE WHEN THE DRIVER DOES NOT COME TO WORK, YOUR CAR IS THERE FOR DAYS WITHOUT BEING FIXED, THE SERVICE MANAGER HAS AN ATTITUDE BECAUSE I COMPLAINED TO HIM, THE GENERAL MANAGER IS NOT IN AND HIS VOICE MAIL IS FULL. THEY DON"T CARE! BUY A CAR AND BRING IT IN FOR SERVICE< SEE FOR YOURSELF!!!!!

Alain was ready to achieve the best possible number for us. last but not least Heverth Rios made it all a reality . The team work was there the professionalism was there the success was there!     First time dealer requested to replace the transmission motor mount ... the problem was the serpentine belt tensioner making the noise !!! Service charging system after the first week dealer replace the starter lol ... work 45 miles !!! Service charging sustem again after another week delaer says it was power distrubution cables lol Delaer makes me wasted 490 on the starter 120 on diagnostic and 120 in the motor mount for nothing Extremely bad experience they dont know what they doing at all !!!!

    Our salesperson, Mario Nunez, was absolutely great. He was knowledgeable and extremely courteous. Additionally, the Manager, Osmani Garcia, and the finance person, Omar Cabrera, were very helpful in every respect. We are very satisfied with the kind attention to our automobile purchasing needs.     I was recommended to this dealership, and specific salesperson, by a friend who is difficult to please, yet she could not stop talking about how wonderful they were. So, my husband and I traveled from another county to get my husband's new truck. The sales rep, Nguyen Rodriguez, bent over backwards to make us happy, and didn't give the usual rhetoric you'd expect in these transactions. I was primed to be the tough negotiator, as I usually have to be, but here all that stressful nonsense was not even required. The manager, Daniel Seoane, and the finance gentleman, Tony, were also a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this place to anyone....actually everyone...who is seeking to purchase a new vehicle. It was an absolute pleasure!

    Everything was good when it came to buying the car. I put all insurance possible towards my car resulting that my car has an issue and I wait for hours before they tell me that'll have to wait like 5 more hours until my car is fully serviced. Adding on, they were suppose to give me a car and now tell me that my insurance isn't transferable. IM SO DISAPPOINTED, this is ridiculous.
