I purchased a Ram 1500 TRX from Auto Nation in Coral

I purchased a Ram 1500 TRX from Auto Nation in Coral Gables, FL. The price of the vehicle was good. The experience with the salesman was good. Very Nice and extremely helpful. I had a 6-hour drive (one way) to purchase the vehicle. I made it very clear that I had to be back on duty later that evening and would need to get in and out as quickly as possible. The day before leaving, I was informed there was an issue with the dash. The leather dash cover was peeling off and needed to be replaced. They were unable to resolve the issue and offered $2000 off the purchase price. I agreed; they already ran my credit, and financing was already approved. (They knew about the issue well before, but never said anything. Photos online never showed the damage. Very misleading. I arrived and was met by Mr. Martinez, a nice young man. He provided some of the paperwork upon arriving. I was asked to give them a few minutes, and the finance manager would be with me shortly. Two hours later, still no finance manager. I approached and stated I would have to leave soon. I was asked to wait 10 more minutes. Twenty minutes later, I approached the salesman and asked for the key to my trade-in vehicle. I needed to leave and drive 6 hours home. All of a sudden, a finance manager was available. I was very fourth coming that I was not purchasing extended warranties or GAP insurance. The Finance Manager continued to push the upsell and was very condescending when I refused for the third time. He stated that since I was paying so much for the vehicle, a little extra would not make a difference. Just a side note: the truck was never washed or cleaned on the inside. After leaving and driving 6 hours home. Several dash warning messages showed. Oil change required, rear parking sensors not working, and the tire pressure for all tires was low by 6lbs. AutoNation states that they complete a safety check of all their vehicles. (I guess this one was missed.) I would recommend that if you purchase a vehicle from this dealer, double-check and triple-check, and make sure the vehicle is in good shape. I personally will never purchase another vehicle from this dealer.
