Ignored Costco rules, got fined
Provided a Costco authorization to buy car through certain contacts- was not allowed to speak to those contacts and incorrectly told the price I paid was for Costco members. Costco financially reprimanded dealership for fraud .

Honda of Thousand Oaks Shopping Experiance
Went in to this dealership approx. 3pm on Saturday Feb. 10th. Walked around the lot looking for Accord Sedans. Interested in trading in a 2016 Corvette to possibly lease an accord in order to save money for a house. (Almost $900 a mo. payment) Anyway, I was there for over about 45 minutes with 10 to 15 minutes in the showroom looking at the white touring edition there. Not once was I acknowledged or even offered help. (I did get to use the restroom though. It was clean) Needless to say I’m not very happy. Don’t really want to trade in the Vette. So in a nutshell, that was my experience.

Purchased a new CRV here. Dealership is immaculate. The cleanest most well maintained I've ever seen. We worked with Favio Costin on our purchase. Nothing short of outstanding! He let us know if the car was available and made the purchase the smoothest we have experienced. Pricing was fair as well as the offer on a trade. He clearly explained all facets of the vehicle and the paperwork process was efficient. The buying experience was so good it has changed my wife's negative opinion about buying cars (maybe not a good thing?). I bought a pre-owned Civic, April 1st, 2016, and my dealer, Fabian Uchoa, did an excellent job, from start to end. This is my second Honda I bought with them, the first was a new Accord receiving the same excellent service. For maintenance they do also excellent job.

Great Experience buying a new Pilot
Had a great experience buying a 2016 Honda Pilot back on October 31st with the Internet Manager Jeffrey Borghi. I had done allot research online so I had a clear picture what trim level I wanted and started my shopping process online. Jeffrey answered all my emails promptly and was professional and very helpful in the negotiation process. Most which was done online and the phone. When I arrived at the dealership he was very thorough and made the buying process a pleasant experience. I was very happy with the service from Jeffrey Borghi and everyone I was in contact with at Honda of Thousand Oaks. Took my kids with me and they enjoyed the waiting room that had a children's area. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jeffrey Borghi and Honda of Thousand Oaks to anyone who is shopping for a Honda. Great job Jeffrey!

He provided great service and surpassed our expectations. Thank you Honda of Thousand Oaks for honoring the CostCo discount program. Not all Honda Dealership participates in the program. We had an excellent discount being CostCo members. We couldn't be happier with our new Odyssy and service we received at Honda of TO and JEFF EDELMAN .
Happy Birthday to my daughter...
I purchased a car from Honda of T.O a few days ago. My overall experience was excellent. I felt they treated me fairly - the process was quick, negotiations didn't drag on. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, and would come back and by again. Knowing this car was a gift for my daughter they made some great recommendations to help her establish credit, etc... I wasn't used to this type customer service from a car dealership. 2 thumbs UP!!
The thousand Oaks Honda treatment
i have to tell everyone first off i didnt buy a car, still compelled to submit a reviewe though. I was raised around customer service having worked in the restaurant industry and so far shopping for a car this time around has been lackluster. turned out I decided to sell my car first on my own (per wife's instrux) so i'll be back to Honda afterwards- and lookign forward to it as well. Barry worked with me, helped me with my credit to get the best offer on the apr and knowing beforehand what this car was worth on the market before coming in, i felt like very quickly we arrived at a square deal that i'm happy with. i think i could probably find a slightly better deal off the dealership lot, but the warranty and professionalism i'd get there is worth the extra couple bucks for piece of mind. And again, the time and effort he put in with us was really genuine and it feels good to give someone your business when they've earned it (sorry, the restauranteur in me talking again). either way, i'm actually looking forward to going back, Barry and his team were all super friendly and just down to earth people that brings the natural comfort back into going to a car dealer.
