  • worst experience ever....

    we walked in trying to get a new car... my sister is first time buyer so we had a co signer... the sales person was going to start with the paper ...

    we walked in trying to get a new car... my sister is first time buyer so we had a co signer... the sales person was going to start with the paper work but all of sudden he stopped and started saying that they weren't going to qualify for the car that they wanted and started "giving advice" to my sister and my brother.... he even told them that he doent get pay to give advice but he was going to do so any ways...(fyi we didn't need your advice so you could've save it buddy) and then he called a guy from financing he started giving us advice as well... lol well at the end he asked my brother if they wanted a different car because the one he wanted they weren't going to qualify for my brother said no i don't like any other car so he said.... ok then let's not waste any more time.... to me and my sister those words were rude made us think that we were just wasting their time he started to apologize and started saying that's not what he had meant blah blah blah but guess what buddy what's done it's done.... buying a car is always hard and stressful but this was the worse experience ever... we basically got kicked out lol....to my opinion being a sales person you have to be aware that you're not always going to close a sale... and yeah it is a time wasted but you don't have to be so rude and say it... because at the end it's your job and if you don't want to waste your time maybe you shouldn't be a sales person.... so to who ever is reading this i'm going to give an advice lol... if you're not 100% sure you're buying a car here don't even bother to go in because they don't want to waste their time...

    The sales person that took us for test drive is polite and helpful. However, the price negotiator was extremely rude and walked away from us half way through discussion because of our offering price that does not meet his expectation. i will not buy any car from this dealer!

    My experience was excellent. They had the model I wanted and made a great deal also. I could hardly believe that they delivered my car to my doorstep and I signed all the paperwork at my kitchen table. Then we went outside and they went over how the car and all the things like navagation and the other things worked. They knew I would have questions later so they sure I knew who to call. The man who runs the internet department even came in on his day off so my car could be delivered. My salesman Al and the manager (who I can't recall his name) were friendly and explained anything I had a question about. This was top of the line service md I'll never buy a car any other way. They spoiled me. For a great buying experience, give Al a call in Internet Sales.

    Buying a car can be a nightmare. Kellie made it a very positive experience. She made a sale - I got a car. Win-win! Steve the finance guy was quick with the paperwork, which can also be a time consuming, draining process, even when paying cash. I have gone to dealerships which have treated me poorly, as if I'm an idiot for not buying a car from them. That was not the case at Mazda of Orange. I was treated as though I had a brain and I was the CUSTOMER.

    Everyone was very nice and helpful. Joel our service dealer answered all of our questions. We had two shuttle drivers one to home and one back to the dealer. Both were very nice young people, very friendly. Our SUV was ready when promised. An all and all good service trip. Thanks Mazda of Orange.
