Yaris Martinez is patient & so sweet !

Yaris Martinez is patient & so sweet ! I would recommend him to the world if I could! From the 1st initial phone call, he wasn’t like your regular sales guy. He wasn’t overbearing & every time we spoke he allowed me to share with him what I felt was right for me. It wasn’t all about a “SALE” which is what I admire MOST of him. He was ALWAYS open & honest with all my questions. Being that this was my 1st time walking into a dealership, he included me in EVERYTHING. I didn’t feel one bit as if numbers were being thrown at me & I was overwhelmed. I’m so very happy with Yaris & how smoothly he made the process for me !

My salesman was Emanuel Fernandez.

My salesman was Emanuel Fernandez. He was very knowledgeable and quick to get back with me if I didn’t reach him by phone when I called. Any questions I had he had the answers. I felt like my business was truly appreciated and that was refreshing compared to some dealerships I have dealt with before.

This is the best that I could put at this time.

This is the best that I could put at this time. Schumacher has been in possession of my car for a seventh day now. When I can speak to someone I am told that they are still trouble shooting and they cannot figure out what is wrong with it. I receive no call backs from my service manager. I went through their phone system to try to get a hold of someone who can tell me something. A guess at how long this may be. They may not care, but my rental car bill is getting pretty high. Going through the phone system, when you try to get to service I was hung up on three times. I finally got an operator. I told her that I assumed that my service manager was not working because I was not receiving return phone calls. I was assured that she was in fact on site. I was told that a message would be delivered to my contact or a supervisor as an urgent issue. I'm waiting. UPDATE; I received a call back from my urgent message 3 hours and 8 minutes later. I was informed that they cannot do a proper check on my system because the I need a new battery and they are not getting enough power to properly trouble shoot the issue. So... on day 8 of them having my car, I am told that I need to pay $650 for a new battery or then cannot properly investigate what the problem is. Can I put a negative one star?
