When car shopping I need time to think. I prefer to be left alone to browse and examine various models, options, colors, etc. so I can begin to formulate my wants and preferences. I like that I wasn't approached while I was walking the lot, and when I came inside to meet a salesman, I was pleasantly surprised that it was not like the high-pressure sales experience I encountered years ago at another dealer. Also, it was great that my salesman owned the model I was looking for and could answer detailed questions on technical features.

I'm very happy with my experience at Autonation Cadillac. We took the drive from Miami since they had great prices on Certified vehicles and as well as a wide variety. I spoke over the phone with Roberto Bahamondes, the salesperson that help me throughout the purchase. Extremely professional, attentive and very patient with all of our concerns and requirements. I definately recommend this dealership as well as Mr. Bahamondes to anyone looking for Certified Cadillacs and I personally hope to do business with them in the near future.

I had been looking for a new car I went to numerous dealerships and shopped the internet. I was looking for that one special car, it turned out to be a new Cadillac ATS. AutoNation has a large selection, great customer service and prices. I drove 90 miles to get to AutoNation from were I live was worth the drive. This is my first Cadillac and I now wonder why I did not get one sooner.
