When you show a photo of a vehicle on your site and attach a price, then the that should be the price for that vehicle. I don't know much about cars.... Arrigo put a photo of a jeep with with many upgrades on it. The average person might not know those are upgrades. When I see a photo and price, I expect that's the price for that vehicle as I see it. Well, actually when you arrive, you find if you actually want what you saw it's $20,000 more than the price posted next to the pic. Honesty is really the best policy. Just a turn off to the customer.
I found it quite extraordinary and “coincidental” that while buying a new vehicle I refused all extended warranties and protection plans And then discovered... in the first few days after purchase two screws in each of my rear tires. Placed near each sidewall so the tires couldn’t be repaired they had to be replaced. Also had an initial service issue and salesperson wouldn’t help with communicating with service. Promise you I will never buy another vehicle here
This is my 3rd Ram and I was a GMC driver for over 20yrs I still have my 2003 ram I just traded in my 2009 due to many recalls ! I still believe in Dodge... and that's why I brought another one also love Arrigo for there great staff ! This is my 2nd time from Arrigo and have to say from the time with my salesman Carlos to my finance manager Craig sollitto it was the easiest and fastest deal done ! It helps having a great credit score . I will recommend Arrigo to all my friends & family ! See you soon for service Jim from Delray
I purchased my Jeep new from Arrigo. I had proper service done at Arrigo. My tires started to show abnormal wear at less than 10,000 miles. I followed... Arrigo advise and had Jeep aligned at my expense. Recently the front tires had big chucks of rubber coming off the tires with only 26.000 miles on the Jeep. I called Arrigo and was invited to come and get new tires under what service advisor called road hazard warranty. I drove one hour to arrive for appointment where I was advised there was no warranty and handed a bill for $640. I was told my tires were rotting from lack of use. What! Same day I went to FIrestone who told me the tires were cupping not rotting and Arrigo had misinformed me. Never again.
Jeep went in for steering and pulling issues yet again. Even after confirmation from service manager that the Jeep wasn’t driving right, was told they... can no longer do anything about it per FCA. So they returned a defective vehicle to me. Jeep Care and FCA are useless. Save your money and time and buy another vehicle or go to a different dealership. Terrible and rude managers specifically.
I recently inquired about a truck listed for sale on Cargurs by Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep in West Palm, Florida. I was forwarded to Stan Venski (Sales).... After a few initial questions about warranties, I inquired on pricing. The truck I was inquiring about was listed as 30,900. I asked if he had room to move to $27,000. He immediately responded rudely and unprofessionally. He stated my offer is a complete low ball offer for a truck such as his. I then told him I have seen many trucks similar to his (Year/Model/Engine) for lower listed than I requested. He then replied those are wrecked/rental trucks not comparable. I sent him (3) other trucks the same or newer with same trim/motor as his. He then stated his truck must be mis valued or the other trucks are being blown out somehow. I contacted him the next day, as I was still interested in the truck. He responded that he was to far apart on pricing rudely. I still was interested, so I requested the best OTD price with zero response. He did not respond any further. This interaction was completely rude and unprofessional. I merely after doing research, asked if he could sell the truck at a reasonable price. He was combative and rude. Buying a truck of 30,000 is a major purchase for people, and they deserve to be treated accordingly. Even if my price was too low, he could have offered a different truck or see if I had a trade in. I will not be purchasing a truck with Arrigo Dodge or any affiliate. By far this was my worst car shopping experience. Thank you for attention. Alan Fischer AJ@AJFischer.net
I saw a truck on cars.com at this dealer. It had been online for weeks. I inquired about it and the response was that it was sold. Weeks later it's still... being advertised.
False advertisement My wife saw the $10k discount promotion for a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd yesterday night. I called the dealership ti confirm the... discount. The sales person confirmed it and even late we decided to visit the dealership. We discussed at least 3 vehicles with the sales person, test drove one. The numbers discussed was all with the $10k discount. Never during this process did he mention that there was several conditions to get it not was it clear on their website. Long story short I wasted couple of hours of my family’s time. top it off I wasn’t even financing the vehicle
After doing my research online I was able to get a good deal on a New Dodge by email with the Internet Sales Representative which she was great! Got to... the dealership and they re-assigned me to a different sales person which I thought it was a little uncomfortable having to explain and walk trough the deal again. I knew what I wanted so the sales person didn't even need to sell me the car. All I was looking for was the right numbers to buy the car. They were not able to meet me on the price of the vehicle on the day that I went. I contacted the sales person the fallowing day to see if they were able to work it out which they did. I ended up agreeing on the numbers and buying the car. Finance Manager was cold as one could be not very personal at all. The dealership lacks personal engagement. I did not feel like a value customer, very unpersonal experience. Felt like they are in the business just to sell cars not to gain customer. I bought the car because of the numbers, if it depended on the customer service experience I don't think I would have bought it there.
I have been a customer since April 2010, up until the last 2 visits the service dept has been great - I have always received good and timely service. I... dropped my Jeep off on Saturday Nov 12, 2016 for front & rear suspension problems. This was the 3rd time for the rear suspension issue. When I did not hear anything from my service adviser Pat, I called Monday afternoon to get an update. To my surprise, Pat told me he had no idea why my vehicle was there and he did not know why he had to deal with it since he was not there on Saturday. I explained everything again like I had on Saturday to the guy that check me in. After multiple phone calls during the week and excuses of why it was not fixed, I went to the dealership on Friday to get answers. At that time, I was told nothing was wrong and they could not find the problem that I described. I spoke with the service director and all I got from him was a negative attitude toward me and the situation. With nothing more I could do, I left with my vehicle not repaired. A week later I received a follow up call from a very nice customer service woman asking about the service I received. I explained the whole situation and she was not happy with the way it was handled. She followed up with her manager and informed me to call back if I did not hear from someone in a few days. I called her back after not hearing from anyone from the dealership. At this time she asked me to make another appointment to return to have the prior issues addressed. The appointment was set for December 19, 2016. On December 19, 2016 after 3 hours from the time I dropped off my Jeep, I received a call from Pat informing me that now my springs and shocks were worn out and needed to be replaced when just 3 weeks’ prior nothing was wrong. At this point I was told to come get my vehicle as there was nothing they could do based on the warranty being null due to after-market parts. These are the same parts that were on it when it was there prior visit. My wife picked up the Jeep in the afternoon, with no repairs done to the Jeep again. I noticed when reviewing the paperwork from the dealership that Pat noted that I “refused service”. Repair options were not discussed; I was just told to come get my Jeep. I had to take my Jeep to another shop to have it repaired. Upon inspection, the shop noted I did not need new shocks as previously told by the dealership. Not only was this a waste of time and inconvenience for me and my family, I did not appreciate the false statement about me refusing service which is now in my service file. On Thursday December 22, 2016 I called customer service to state my complaint. Again, I was told it would be brought to management’s attention and to date have not heard from anyone from the dealership. If you are reading this, please be aware of certain service advisors – they will not be upfront and forth coming on needed repairs, they do not seem to have your best interest in mind and you will not receive any help from the service director if you ask to speak to him. I am not saying the dealership is bad in general, they just seem to have a few issues to work through to improve their service dept customer service. I am disappointed at the way this was handled and at this point will not return there for anything and will share my experience with anyone that asks.
