    Everyone knows how stressful the car buying process can be. I recently purchased a new car and Monpremier Laurent was more than helpful. He was very straight forward, walked me through everything smoothly, and didn't put any pressure on me. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

    I bought 2 brand new camrys at this particular dealership at 2 differant times. The first was years ago in 1997 when they still used coupon books for payments. The deal I made at the finance desk was totally differant than the booklet amount I received. I went back and forth with palm beach Toyota to fix this until finally I had to use an attorney to get it straightened out. Apparently the finance manager at that time was adding warranty packages to the financing after you bought the car. Anyway I got back about $2800. But it took 2 years. I hsve bought 4 additional camrys since then but at other dealerships. In 2012 I did once again go to palm beach Toyota because a friend told me they had changed hands etc. they happened to hsve the exact Camry I was looking for. The sale part was ok, and I did do my service at other dealerships, so there was no problem until I recently traded the 2012 Camry for a 2017. I bought at earl strewart and they were top notch 100%. My problem only began when I tried to get my refund for my gap insurance back. I applied for that at the very beginning of October 2016. Today is April 7th and I have never heard a word or recovered one penny ftom them! I hsve called 6-7 times, spoke to finance dept,'managers etc. never even a return callback after speaking to a manager in March!! I called again just now and got the run around agsin!!!left one messages at finance dept and was then sent over to the finance manager who I could not even leave a voicemail for!! I guess I will have to have my attorney get involved once again. My refund will be about $800 so it's not small change!!! Do not deal with these people!! Unprofessional 100%

    I was very interested in one of their cars, but was unable to make it to the dealership because I live out of state. I was working with a few different people on the phone, and had to be really persistent because they simply wouldn't communicate well. I would call and they would say,"let me call you back in five minutes" and never would call back, so then I would have too keep calling. over the course of 2 days I FINALLY had all the info that I needed and was ready to go forward on purchasing the car. when they sent me the total for the car, they had completely messed up all the out of state taxes. (I had done my research well) and had added a dealership fee of $1000 to the total. dealership fees are to be expected, but when you're shopping within a certain budget and then they unload an extra $1,000 on the total, that's simply absurd. I tried to work with them on this with no response. the next day I reached out, and they informed me the car had sold. if you are looking for a business that will give you the answers and customer service that you would expect from a high volume dealer do not go here. I am appalled by the lack of communication they were willing to give.

    Every time I have come to Palm Beach Toyota, I have had a great experience. The facilities are always clean, the staff is friendly, and I am always satisfied with the service I have received to my vehicle. I am a loyal customer and will continue to be. However, my extremely positive experience at Palm Beach Toyota has largely been due to Daniel in the Service Department. He's customer service at its best, he's friendly, professional, and makes sure all of his customer's car needs are taken care of and in a timely manner. I highly recommend choosing him and Palm Beach Toyota for all your car service needs. Thank you Daniel and Palm Beach Toyota for the great job you do!

    I recently purchased my second vehivle Toyota Rav 4 LE 2017. Although i bought Toyota Corolla LE 2015 from same dealership. This time I had sales person Salim, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. He worked out a very good price with his manager. We appreciate the personal attention every step of the way . It was good to be informed of the next step in the process and I liked being accompanied by our salesman all the way to the end until I drove out the door. I would say that I had an overall great experience with everyone at Palm Beach Toyota. I worked with Salim and Richie they are very friendly and nice to deal with. I was able to communicate in person, through email, and via text. Everyone else I met at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. The dealership itself is in a great location with easy access. My experience was excellent and I was entirely satisfied by the whole process of purchasing my new 2017 Toyota Corolla LE.

    Within the span of one week, I had to take in all three of my Toyotas to be serviced at PB Toyota. Mr. Daniel Davila handled this process with an impressive level of professionalism and car knowledge. One reason I have three Toyotas from PB Toyota is because the service department is consistently excellent. Mr. Davila (and a new hire named Felipe) worked with my existing warrantees to provide the best service products for the best price. As a result, I will continue to both service and purchase my vehicles from PB Toyota.
