Now I have Michael Grinley as my salesman and it was a most comfortable service in gaining a car that was suitable for me. Michael took his time to make sure I was given the best offer. The sales associate Selim Khan was very knowledgeable about the Corolla Cross that I eventually bought. He answered each and every one of my query and concern.

We were looking for a specific color and trim of Sienna
We were looking for a specific color and trim of Sienna and Jordy helped us from the start. We had to wait for it to be delivered then we had to switch our dates of pick up 3 times because of kids sports. Jordy was so patient and understanding! We came on a week night drove 2 1/2 hrs and he had all of the paperwork ready when we got there. Took less than an hour! We had never been to West Palm before and the kids were hungry. He made us a dinner reservation and even treated us to an appetizer! Full service! I wish we lived closer so we could bring our Sienna here for every service! I would recommend Jordy to everyone!
