This dealership always takes very good care of me. I love coming here and having that great relationship with my Service Advisor Michael Moore. He is... great and he tells me like it is and always makes sure that I get the best deal for all my car needs. My mechanic Walter always make sure that my car is cared for and he make sure I'm right when I drive away. I pass two other Chevy/Cadillac dealers to just to get here and they are the reason if I purchase a new car, it will be a Chevy!

Martin Cadillac has been a dealership that I had dealt with for many years. Since the new ownership and management this place has a whole new vibe to it.... When in due my headlights constantly going out (4 times in 2 years). The amount to repair my issue was way outside my budget, but after speaking with... my Customer Service Specialist (Michael Moore) he was able to get the cost amount in a range that I could afford. I am so grateful for him going the extra mile to assure that I was able to get my headlight fixed and they were completed in a timely manner. I love this dealership!
Beware buying used from this dealer. After we brought our vehicle home, numerous issued popped up. We were told the DVD player worked but it does not.... We need new brakes/rotors. The AUX and stereo cut in and out. Vehicle was not detailed like promised. Employees will ignore your calls and emails.

My Wife and I leased a 2018 Cadillac platinum Escalade from Carlos Clemente after returning our leased 2015 Cadillac SRX. We decided to upgrade because... of family additions. Carlos listened to our needs, visited the lot and test drove one of the vehicles in the lot. We enjoyed the vehicle comforts and driving the vehicle while Carlos described and demonstrated all of the new features on the escalade as compared to our 2015 SRX. After test drive we agreed that the escalade was the one. We then discussed options, color and trims and ended up with the Granite metallic with maple interior in a platinum trim. The 10SPD automatic with 4WD gives up piece of mind when taking trips between Arizona and California. The process from selecting our Escalade, filling our the paperwork, processing the finance, preparing and detailing and receiving the vehicle went very quickly. Kudos the finance and detailing team. The dealership staff were very courteous and processional to us, congratulating us as we walk the halls, making feel like family. The dealership was very clean and display models well laid out Carlos took the time to connect OnStar and demo a few additional details of the platinum trim and we were off to enjoying our Escalade.
