    I leased a 2017 CTS Luxury at Martin Auto Group in March 2017. In my experience, Martin has the best/largest inventory of new Cadillac models of all the LA area Cadillac dealers. Leading up to this purchase, I had contacted four other Cadillac dealers. Lorenzo Edwards at Martin was the most responsive and did the best job of answering my questions thoroughly and quickly, and getting me the best deal. Lorenzo provided great all around customer service. He was extremely patient and helpful in allowing me to view and drive several different vehicles. I would highly recommend him. At the end of the day, I was very satisfied with the overall purchase experience, and, from what I can tell, Martin appears to be moving in a good direction in terms of the changes/investments that are being made toward providing an elite customer experience in the luxury segment.

    Dash tire symbol lit up twice during 200 mile trip. Worried. Called for service appointment and got in at 7:30am the next morning. Tire pressure sensor replaced, everything fixed. Out by mid-morning, didn't even have time to finish my second cup of (free) coffee. Awesome! Thanks to your team. You guys are good!

    I did my due diligence and called a few dealerships. I decided to make an appointment with Martin Group. The experience from making the appointment to leaving with the exact vehicle we wanted couldn't have been any better. Our sales guy, Mr. Edwards was informative, kind and very knowledgable on each vehicle we inquired about. He made sure our experience was perfect, and it was. I have already alerted all my friends and family on Facebook to visit him if they are looking for a new or used vehicle. He's the best, and trust me, this is not my first vehicle purchase. I wish I would have met him years ago, it would have saved me a lot of headaches. Thank you Martin Group, and happy holidays to the whole team. Great job :-)
