My car was dropped off at Bramante by a tow truck around
My car was dropped off at Bramante by a tow truck around 1:00 AM, after it suffered a bad engine oil leak on the highway. At 7:40 AM, Nick called to notify me that the car was safe and service was being done on it. By 3:00 PM, my car was ready and like new. Nick was very amicable and professional.

Nick was my service advisor and he did a great job of getting my civic's driver side ac blowing hot air resolved. He was aware there is an extended warranty and got the issue corrected promptly. Prior to doing any repairs, he called me to discuss what needed replacement and what was covered and answered all my questions. When I picked up my car, Nick was available to go over everything. Thank you Nick! You made me feel my car was in good hands. AC is blowing cold now!

After many failed attempts and not liking how I was treated, I was ready to give up on buying my new certified car. Ramzi contacted me because I sent an email saying how u happy I was. Well, he was courteous and able to assist me. Set me up with an amazing salesman, Donnie who the upmost helpful too. And then Adil in fiancé was absolutely kind and helpful too.
