I am familiar and like my service person, Gene. I have had very good service here. Just would love to see loaner cars for customers when they have to keep their cars for more than just a day.

I have been dealing with This service center for 19 years. Always had great service. I have bought 5 new Jeeps from Jim Browne Always satified. David always liked comming there. I wish He was still with me.

Offered me a walk in appointment when another dealer couldn't get to me for at least 2-3 days.

We had a different Dodge truck that I had serviced in Lakeland on mall hill road that took about three weeks for the service and a warranty repair I found out that my truck was ready after I drove over there to find out that it was ready they were just to busy to let me know out of anger I traded it for a GMC that was not a work truck. I found Jim Brown and have had communication and service. I have recommended several people to them it is well worth the ride and great service. ?

Service and the people that I dealt with on Sunday and Monday wer above my expectations.

These reviews are not from actual customers..Look at the dates for reviews every two days ..They're buying reviews or something and also I have first hand experience with this place ,They sold me a cpo lol that they just happened to vin wash ,One owner lol lies lies ,It's bad that Onstar and GMC both confirmed the vin they have doesn't match the vin that is actually on my vehicle.. I have been talked down to ,lied ,over charged sold a car that had been advertised over 30 times and is from NY originally?? Immediately I asked for a rewind of the loan and my 2k down payment back due to all the issues ,sent the paperwork to certified mail .. They got but never said anything...But I was also having medical issues so I didn't have that much fight left after I was screamed at infront of all employees and customers Larry Parks is a scam artist...Vin washing is a serious thing I told you but you told me to never come back 2 weeks after I bought to have my lawyer call their lawyer ... well I got that lawyer and you might want to get use to small spaces ... You sold me a flood ,salvaged vehicle, cpo I have paperwork it's not when you swap vin and turn odometer back ! How you would allow a single mom buy a ticking time bomb and you knew what you did ..but you thought I would just disappear...nope I'm back and will be seeing you in court ,My vehicle is unsafe to drive per GMC because you committed several crimes that claiming this suv was one owner from FL which no and it was leased but you didn't cover all your tracks .. see GMC Terrains are funny if the vehicle would've been as you said it was then what would be the need for 4 new doors that go on a 2022 GMC Terrain when mine is a 2020 ??? And further what your doing could end up with someone loosing their lives cause you wanna save a buck and make a dollar??? I WILL MAKE SURE they shut your doors your a liability and don't care about safety and people's families your worse then the lowest kind of people! Let's hear you scream at me infront of the judge and my lawyer like that day at the dealership! I'm a female and from most of the reviews as well you scream at almost everyone of us that come by ourselves.. Hmmmm People please read the reviews on their website and other platforms cause these are not real
