Great service dept
Service advisor Ed Sobolow was very patient with me when my Jeep Cherokee had a dead battery. I had to take it back I few times because I thought something was wrong but it was working as designed. He treated me with respect and was really good about giving me updates

Redeye purchase
Saleswomen Marisa was great. Knew the car I wanted and had everything ready when we arrived. The dealership workers were all polite and professional. Biggest plug for Jim Browne is NO market adjustment on the prices like most dealers are doing these days. Can?t wait to buy my wife a Durango at Jim Browne dodge.
