Worst experience I have ever had servicing my jeep. I had my jeep towed here after it died on the freeway. They look at it, and tell me there is nothing they can do the engine is locked up. It’s worth nothing unless I get a new engine for 15k. I go to get it towed to another mechanic. I go to get my keys from Stewart who was my service tech and he tells me he will keep it until the tow truck gets there even though I had already paid for my vehicle. The service department left before the tow truck got there and they put my car in a lot where tow trucks are not allowed to be. He didn’t call or text me that he was leaving. I had an extra key and while we are trying to get my car out we get yelled at and told we are not allowed to take the car because I had not paid yet. They wasted hours or my time and my money. Don’t waste your time taking your jeep there. It’s the second time I have had a bad experience with them. They won’t go the extra mile and they will waste your time.

Another Bad experience with unsatisfactory results during a Service at Dayton Andrews Dodge in St Petersburg, FL I've got Not as Requested tires and afterwards slow tricky service got overprice high bill for it .

I have both bought and sold cars with this dealership. What an incredible awesome experience both times from the sales team the repair team, the used car team I cannot speak highly enough. Not like most car dealerships I have dealt with my most recent experience was with Austin at the 34th Street store in St. Pete. You will find competent and knowledgeable sales people who are low pressure.
