I recently leased a new 2014 E350C from Russel Bauer at Crown. Russ, as well as the rest of the sales and finance staff at Crown, was extremely professional and helpful. They didn't have the exact vehicle that I wanted, so they located one and had it delivered within a day. The transaction was smooth and painless. Thanks Russel!

Contact was first made throught the internet, I got a prompt responce saying I would hear from a sales person soon. Within 15 mins. or so I got a call from Matt Taneja. He was very helpful with my questions and we set up a appointment for early Saturday morning. Mat sent me a text Saturday asking if I needed directions. Matt could not be more helpful showing me the bells and whistles of the car making sure I had a understanding. Matt was very good making sure the car was clean and I was completely happy. I found Mark Isreal to be as helpful with his part of the experience and was very helpful with a specific tag issue I had. Crown is a much more personal and professional dealership to work with versus the other Mercedes dealerships (Tampa) in the area. I have had experience with both.
