Came for standard 5000 mile service.
Came for standard 5000 mile service. Rescheduled appointment night before but there was no record of it when I called to confirm in morning, customer service was still able to schedule me for desired time. Online scheduler sucks though. Valet/advisors were very efficient when I showed up at appointment time. Actual service took 2hrs 15min which seems like a lot for standard service? But I had a lot of freelance work to do, so I appreciated the Business Center. In the past I've used the shuttle, so appreciate that option as well. Advisors were transparent about costs--I remember in the past you would go to the counter for billing, but now it seems Advisors handle payment as well? My Advisors were friendly despite seeming having to juggle a lot of work, they probably deserve a raise. Even though total cost seemed like a lot, the convenience and customer service will keep my family coming back as long as we can afford it.

I had a oil change last week on my Sienna.
I had a oil change last week on my Sienna. Mark was my service helper. He was very kind and attentive to my needs for service. I will always return, I think AutoNation Toyota on 19 is the best dealership in the area. The only negative, which is the first I've complained was the fact that dogs were able to be in the waiting room. I understand if it is a service dog, but this was just a cute dog on a leach that was barking. I have allergies, it was not good, I suggested a area in the main room away from were the waiters are to have the dogs kept. A dog on the leach can trip a person and it would be the dealerships responsibility for that, I am surprised that this is allowed, I will be back, and hopefully it will not be hot out and I will sit outside. Other than that I would give a excellent review. .
