We had to make a short-notice purchase of a new truck
We had to make a short-notice purchase of a new truck when the engine on my current truck died. I picked out a new Tacoma on the Lakeland webpage and had a salesperson call me a few minutes later to set up a test drive. My salesperson (Shelby) was fantastic. She walked me through every detail and really put me at ease during an extremely stressful day. After the purchase, I said I would have to come back later to pick up the new truck and bring them the old truck (if it would make the trip). Shelby instead drove the new truck to my house. She and another associate then drove my old truck away. This was AFTER they spent a considerable amount of time in my driveway, explaining the features of the new Tacoma to me and my wife. They didn't leave until they were sure we were comfortable. I will recommend Lakeland Toyota to anyone looking for a new vehicle, and will absolutely recommend they reach out to Shelby when they get there.

David Moran our salesman was wonderful, he is a company
David Moran our salesman was wonderful, he is a company asset. Manny the finance person was a fast talker & we were misled on features of the vehicle. Next time I renew my lease I will call ahead and make sure I deal with David and request a different finance person. John O, the gentleman that did my paperwork was very understanding, kind and answered all my questions. He even gave me a snack because it was way past lunch time and close to dinner time

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY DEALER!! I have been relentlessly harassed by Lakeland Toyota for the past 3 years, texts and phone calls. I never bought a car from them, so your guess is as good as mine how they got my information. They continuously want me to trade in my 2012 Dodge Caravan for a new car. I don't even own that van. I have repeatedly told them, verbally and in writing, to stop contacting me. I just got another text from them this morning. When I called Brandon Collins, the sales manager, to tell him to stop having anyone from the sales dept from contacting me, enough is enough, the big baby he hung up on me. LEAVE ME ALONE. I DONT WANT ANY OF YOUR CRAPPY CARS!!! These guys are xxxxxxxx. I have never been in this dealership but, in order to complete this review, I have to check some boxes that do not pertain to my issue.

bought a part online, part never came, called and asked
bought a part online, part never came, called and asked about part. they said it was no longer avalible. issued me a refund code029662 on 10/29/24. money was not returned to my card. called,asked why. they said refund was issuedand it was out of their hands,their card service provider was responsible.i asked would they call their card service provider. they said they do not know who their card service provider is! then hung up on me!
