Bust guy on the sales floor
This is our third experience with buying a car from Lakeland Toyota. I the past I have always dreaded going there. This time we dealt with Brandon!! All the difference in the world. Easy to talk to and discuss options! He was extremely busy, but still managed to be very accommodating and attentive. Don’t get me wrong, it was still a long drawn out process. We typically set a time going in that we will walk out. Dealing with Brandon was so much easier than before! Thank you Brandon!

Very disappointed, and I don’t like the lying
I’ve called this dealership several times this is my third car I’ve bought from them and now I’m very disappointed I bought 2023 Toyota Camry I got one set of keys with the car. They tell me I will be receiving the other set now mind you this was back in the beginning of February. We are now in November and I still have not received my second set of keys. Every time I call them they give me the runaround and of course they lie and tell me they’re going to get back to me and they’re going to get me a voucher so that I can get my second key they’re going to give me my second key and everything they say, and everything that comes out of this companies mouth is full of xxxx now. Where’s my xxxxing second set of keys because every time my car note is due I make sure about payment is on time, but yet I cannot receive a second key on a timely fashion so until I receive my second key I will not be referring this company to anyone and I will not be buying another car from them until they do better now. Well I feel that they should do is to take care of the customers and stop lying to them. Give everyone their second key already and stop playing games and stop blaming Toyota for it because you guys are a dealership and xxxx have the means and the way to take care of this issue with everyone that is having the same problem it is almost at the point that I am going to start looking for legal actions because no one buys a house with one key that comes with the house, so why should we get a car with one key Lakeland Toyota for the inconvenience and please do not ask me to call to get it taken care of because you already did that and we’re still in the same boat I still have one set of keys so less talking and more action for the customers that deed their second key

Best Service Department
The service department is very efficient. I never have to wait long before a service agent takes my order. Paul MacNiel took care of me today. I purchased tires and they were buy three and get one for a dollar a good price. Plus my one year service. This is the best Toyota dealership I have used. I would recommend this location.
