Buying a new Ford Mustang from Bartow Ford

We went to Bartow Ford to buy a new Ford Mustang. Our sales person was Diana Franceschi. She was excellent, very experienced and knowledgeable and made our buying process very easy. The price was very competitive and we completed the sale just within 30 min. Her Manager gave a very good price for my trade in as well. Overall she made our buying experience awesome. Both she and her manager were honest which I liked most about them. Thanks Diana.

This is my 4th Vehicle

This is my 4th vehicle that I have purchased from Bartow Ford. Chuck Norman is my Sales Person and he takes very good care of me. I will say the only concern I have is with Ford Credit but that is no reflection of Bartow. Ford Credit has issues. But Bartow is a Class Act they listen to what you want and they are very customer oriented.

Great purchasing experience

We were ready to purchase a used vehicle and Rob made the entire experience fast and easy. He asked a few questions, found the right vehicle and asked me to fill out some information online for financing. By the time I got there to go over the details, all the paperwork was ready and I was out the door in a few minutes. Great experience!

Buyer

Bartow Ford was suggest through a friend. Looked online at the used vehicles. Found a few I liked. I was looking st a 2018 explorer. Started emailing and received prompt responses back from Jeremiah. After a few days found one I liked and haggled over the phone until we came to an agreed price. I was going to come out and test drive and sign the papers the next morning. They keys had been set aside and was waiting for me. I asked to put a deposit down, he said not necessary. I receive a call about 830 am the next morning, when I was about to leave that the car I was buying was no longer there. The owner had taken the car or something. They said they would know more on Monday. It was Saturday. Unacceptable as I had just sold my car due to this deal. I asked to make the same deal on one of the other two trucks that were similar. Took about 30 min but they made it happen due to the mistake. I drove out tested and signed the papers. Melissa who worked with me on site was nice. Unfortunately she was working with myself and another customer at the same time. The whole process took more than 4 hours when it should have only taken about an hour and a half. It had nothing to do with my financing. It was all waiting on the dealership to get things done with both customers. Finally we are ready to go. They had not cleaned up a spot on the back seat and Melissa drove it back to have them fix that. As she drove it back she realized the radio which had been working earlier was no longer working. Come to find out the service department tore off the antenna when the put it through the wash. Melissa comes walking back out much to my surprise and annoyance. Now telling me they damaged the suv and it would take 2.5 hours to fix. I was beyond frustrated. Mellissa has the owner rent me a car since I live in Orlando and needed to get back. They would fixed my suv and then drive it out to me on Monday. Okay fine. Monday Jeremiah drives my suv out to my house. It was fine. I was highly disappointed that he had stopped for fast food while driving my new suv. He got out which a chick filet cup. He even said he would send me a gift card for my trouble and time but it’s been almost 4 weeks and still nothing. I even texted him. I liked the dealership and they fixed the issues with my suv. I am not sure about the process or maybe the sellers. It was quite a hassle for something that should have taken just an hour and a half. I do love my explorer though.
