    Whether it is with my quality selection of Acura vehicles to choose from or their award winning service, I can always count on Continental Acura to exceed my expectations. This is especially due to my personal sales consultant, Mr. Greg Pew. I have purchased 5 Acura vehicles within a 20 year time period, and all were done with his help and assistance. I am sincerely being honest when I say, he made everything easier. From the decision making process, to the financial logistics, to setting up my personal settings in preparation for driving my new vehicle off the lot, Greg was much more than a salesman. He listens, pays attention to detail, and asks pertinent questions all in an effort to make his customers happy. That, in my opinion, makes him the consummate professional. As a result, I know when I'm in the market for a new vehicle, I should look no further than Greg Pew at Continental Acura. Because all my questions will be answered. Things will be done discreetly and expeditiously. And once I leave the showroom, I know that he is only a phone call away ready to assist me for whatever reason in any way he can. Greg Pew and the team at Continental Acura are the only people I would ever consider going to for my automotive needs. During our 20+ year relationship, I have always been completely satisfied. I love my 2017 MDX and I love my personal sales consultant, Greg Pew. Greg knows his stuff.

    Since my relocation from Bloomington, IL, I have had my Acura TL 2010 maintained By Continental Acura of Naperville on 10 occasions and I have really appreciated their work and have trusted their expertise. I was looking forward to acquire another Acura and was in talk with James Heath when everything changed. On April 15, 2017 I drove into the dealership for a car wash when Mr. Chris Papo, the Service advisor looked at me and said ???Mr. Zacharias, I am confused you did not buy the car from us. You will have to pay??? I have paid in the past for car washes at the dealership. But after 10 loyal service visits after my relocation, the management should have had the wisdom to make an exception to their CUSTOMER LOYALTY program for offering free car washes to customers in my situation. The ES350 2008 and Odyssey 2013 bought from Peoria and Ottawa respectively are being serviced by Lexus of Naperville and Valley Honda and these dealerships have always offered free car washes. After you buy a car a customer may not stay forever but the longer you can keep a customer by servicing their vehicles the more profitable they become. The more loyal you can keep them, the more of the lifetime value you get to realize ??? through your service department. Customer loyalty is your way to realize countless sales and referrals.

    We recently purchased a 2017 RDX from Continental Acura of Naperville. Our salesman was Greg Pew. This is the third Acura we have purchased from Greg at Continental which shows how happy we have been with both Greg and Continental. Greg goes out of his way to make sure that you get the right car for your life style. He takes his time and there is NO pressure. We LOVE our RDX! It drives like a dream and has great safety features.
