We have purchased several cars from Naples Luxury

We have purchased several cars from Naples Luxury Imports. By chance we had Jacob as our salesperson and couldn’t have been more pleased. We’ve returned 3 more times and always seek out Jacob. His customer service is above and beyond. Extremely responsive in a very timely manner. The perfect mix of professionalism and great care. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from NLI!!

Physician with an unfortunate addiction.

Physician with an unfortunate addiction. I am addicted to having great cars! For me, Naples Luxury imports is like a candy store. I have bought more than a dozen car there in the last 10 years. This past week I bought a beautiful Range Rover sport I traded in my Escalade V. It was so wonderful to deal with this establishment. Even in this time of shortage, they had quite a selection of new cars. That is because they are among, the best producing dealerships in the world. My Escalade V is a rare car and it only had 1700 miles on it. They gave me a wonderful price for my trade. I knew they would because all of their used cars are like new. I’m sure whoever buys it Will be most fortunate. For many years by salesman has been Jason Durston. He now has been promoted to management. This time I met Brenden Cahill. He is young and energetic, but amazingly knowledgeable about the products. It’s just a great experience.All the cars I’ve had have exceeded my expectations. No need to go anywhere else🤗

After picking up our car which was in service for 2

After picking up our car which was in service for 2 weeks, Michael Cabrera was oblivious whoever left and stored filthy Land Rover car mats and a sun visor in the trunk of our Jaguar Ftype. He didn’t care! We went back to the dealership to return them!! The car when completed for service for 2 weeks was very dirty inside. Unprofessional, poor correspondence. In addition, our first loaner car he gave us an awful wrangler Jeep. We had to swap it. He then demanded we give it back car to swap another car. We couldn’t, we were out of town. He was very unpleasant about this. We called Enterprise, and they told us it was okay. We eventually gave back the loaner to swapped another car with a different service rep. Not a good experience here at a high end dealership. We purchased 3 vehicles here in the past, and sadly had an unprofessional service rep.
