We have been having a problem with our service contract
We have been having a problem with our service contract and getting our Lexus repaired. It was very frustrating. The Assistant Service Manager, Daniel Chmielowski stepped up and fixed our problem. This is our sixth Lexus.

Frank Feinman is my service rep. I was in because of a flat tire, they were able to fit me in on a busy Monday morning. Frank kept me updated and I had the tire replaced, I was out of there in 90 minutes. Best service rep I’ve dealt with in 40 years. You can tell this young man loves his job.!
