Germain Lexus Tops In Service
I brought my daughter's car in for service on the front brakes and to replace all four door panels which had degraded in the car. Dave McKinney went out of his way, as he has always done, to go to bat for us so as to minimize the cost for us during a very trying financial time. The work was completed very satisfactorily and in good time, and Dave helped us through the whole process, minimizing the difficulties of my situation. I really like Dave. He treats me like family, and I enjoy working with him whenever we need service.

Service is great, finishing on time. Very friendly people. They always are so accommodating from the time I purchased the car until now. The lounge are is comfortable - and I love that my car is washed before they return it to me!

Tire Service
I was pleasantly surprised at the above and beyond service that was extended to me by the Lexus Service Manager, Shawn Chapman. He really did care about the tire issue I was having with my Audi A4. Shawn is very knowledgeable and has the ability to listen before service is performed. I also enjoyed my clean car inside and out after the service was complete. I will be back again.

Germain Lexus / Shawn Chapman: Excellence Personified!!!
I recently had a major repair completed on my car at Germain Lexus of Naples. Once again, I was extremely impressed by the high level of professionalism and quality of service I received during the whole process (and that’s saying a lot, since it takes a lot to impress me). My service advisor and manager, Shawn Chapman, is the most courteous and helpful service manager I’ve ever encountered. He goes above and beyond to make you feel as if you’re his most important customer. In other words, he consistently gives you the VIP treatment – and I’m not exaggerating. In a world where this kind of treatment is extremely rare, it’s so nice to be able to experience it at a car dealership in the service department. Over the past five years, my encounters and experiences with Shawn Chapman and Germain Lexus have always left me feeling well taken care of, and a very satisfied customer and loyal Lexus owner. These experiences have also provided me with a sense of assurance, in that I know my car is always in good hands with Germain Lexus. They have truly earned my business the old-fashioned way - through excellence in customer service and satisfaction!
