Dimitri was my sales representative, I had an excellent and seamless transition from helping me find me the car and complete the finance paperwork. Dimitri helped me with return of my prior lease, getting me a Lyft, making sure that the transition and orientation to the car was completed. I am grateful for his enthusiasm and his time in getting me through this process and making it least stressful. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the unacceptable and unprofessional experience I encountered during my recent service visit. I had a confirmed 7:00 a.m. appointment for my 2023 Mercedes-Benz E-450, yet upon arrival, Service Advisor Emily Solis did not come out to assist me and instead sent Babak. When I asked that the issue at least be diagnosed to understand the cause of the warning lights, Babak then went back inside and brought Emily out. I was then informed that the dealership could not take my vehicle in and that it would take a minimum of four days just to diagnose the problem. I was further told that the service department was already four days behind, and several other customers were visibly upset for similar reasons. If the service department is already this far behind, appointments should not be made simply to appear fully booked or increase traffic. That practice is misleading, inconsiderate, and reflects poorly on the integrity of the dealership. Scheduling customers with no real intent or capacity to service their vehicles on time is an abuse of customer trust and a complete disregard for people’s time. To make matters worse, my appointment was canceled without my knowledge or consent—an action that appears intended to erase any record of my visit and prevent me from submitting feedback through the official Mercedes-Benz survey system. This is completely unacceptable and unethical. I made the effort to arrive early in good faith for a scheduled appointment, only to be met with disorganization, dishonesty, and a lack of accountability. I expect Mercedes-Benz to take this matter seriously, investigate this behavior, and ensure customers are treated with the professionalism and respect that the brand promises.

I always go to this dealership because of my service advisor…Amilcar. I trust him to tell me which service is really important to do. He is a “no pressure” kind of guy…and makes me feel that he too is concerned about my cost. I love Mbenx and how comfortable the ride is…but the cost to maintain it is not cheap.
