    Great place to buy a Toyota. Greeted right away by Anna. She was very sweet and knew a lot about the car I was interested in. My purchase was late in the... evening and she stayed late without a fuss. I will recommend her to family and friends for sure.

    As usual, Village Toyota met or exceeded all my expectations. Most of all, when dealing with a service department I expect them to be fair and honest... about what actually has to be done and how well the maintenance is performed. David Becwar, my service adviser, was very helpful, courteous and professional.

    Was met by Cheyenne Phelps for check-in, fast and efficient. Asked her if I could get some help setting up text messages so they would show on the screen... like phone calls. She assured me that would be no problem and they would take care of it when initial service was completed. After the car was done I was met by Louis Delmar who came outside and got that feature setup in my Rav4 in short order. Both parties friendly, patient and efficient. PS-Have a friend that needed similar assistance with his Honda, Honda advised him that there were privacy concerns so they couldn't help him!

    Friendly, Polite and the coffee is always hot and waiting. Clean and pleasant waiting area and clean restrooms. I've asked before about adding a car... wash service but was told they can't because of environment issues.

    4/28/19, David Becwar, my Service Representative is always helpful, courteous, and professional. My Toyota Sienna Van was towed to the dealership one... evening. The next morning I spoke with him and he explained that I needed the fuel pump replaced and a new battery. He told me it would be ready around 1:00 and He would have the service van pick me up. Very Courteous Van Driver. What more could anyone ask.
