Me personally I didn’t have a good experience at Toyota

Me personally I didn’t have a good experience at Toyota buying my first car. My check engine light came on 2 days after purchasing, I took the car back & they gave me a run around about my warranty. It’s been almost 2 months & I haven’t received my license plate. Nobody answers when I call & if they answer they continue giving me the run around & my check engine light is still on. I got a good deal on my car but it’s almost not worth it with everything else I’m dealing with.

I brought my car almost 2 months ago & my check engine

I brought my car almost 2 months ago & my check engine light came on 2 days after purchasing. Toyota says they can’t do anything about it because my car is under warranty at Hyundai BUT. I purchased a new warranty from Toyota when I brought my car. The service department had my car all day they never called me & told me they couldn’t fix my car until I called them.

The people are nice, but I have an issue with my 2023

The people are nice, but I have an issue with my 2023 Toyota that I identified a TSB that would address the issue. But because the issue is intermittent, they would not install the software (firmware) update to the vehicle. The issue involves the auto-stop function not restarting, but an error message is issued. The vehicle must be shut off, then restarted. They could have done the right thing for the customer, but didn't. The vehicle is still under warranty. It would seem that if they were genuinely service (and customer) oriented, they would have simply installed the software fix since the error had already occurred. Instead did not and we (my wife) will have to deal the the stress of the issue reoccurring and possibly having someone rear end us because of how impatient other drivers are today. Not pleased with the result. I am currently considering getting another vehicle and Toyota is not my first choice at this point.

Requested repairs but no parts.

Requested repairs but no parts. 2mos. and still no parts. Not good business. When will the parts finally arrive. This is no way to do business. Makes me reconsider my future auto purchases with DeLuca!

We had a 12:30 appointment for a tire rotation and oil

We had a 12:30 appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. I was told it would take about an hour. When we arrived we were told more like 2 hours. IT TOOK 3 1/2 HOURS! Then we got the HARD SELL to trade in our car which we told him right from the start was NOT going to happen. I had to get really rude with the salesperson and order him to walk away! Hopefully the new owner can get this shoddy service department straightened out.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE .

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE ...THEY ARE THIEVES ! If your going to buy a car my advice is go somewhere else because they will Rob you blind . Hold on to your contract because your going to need it as proof they robbed you .

Advisor was wonderful, but waiting time was a lot longer

Advisor was wonderful, but waiting time was a lot longer than normal-- a solid 2 hours. Also, driver's seat was lowered, which was fine, but I could not raise it again. Because of time constraints and traveling until the end of the year, I could not go back to have the issue addressed.
