Made an appointment for an oil change, still had to wait
Made an appointment for an oil change, still had to wait 2 hours. Not sure why it take a “professional” mechanic that long to do an oil change. Service advisor said it takes that long because they do a visual inspection. 2 hour wait for an oil change that you have an appointment for is completely unacceptable

I was thankful that the dealership could do my oil change
I was thankful that the dealership could do my oil change as a walk-in. Took about an hour which I was fine with. All people that dealt with me were great. Would have given 5 stars if it hadn’t been over $100 for an oil change! Ouch!

Good customer service.
Good customer service. Had air conditioner refresh with was $65. Very strong and disagreeable smell. No new car smell. Vehicle only had 8000 miles.
