I loved our salesperson. Byron was amazing. He is the best person to represent your company. he is amazing!!!!! I was NOT impressed with sales manager... Ed Morgan. He was supposed to call me back but just like most salesmen, he never did. Byron changed my mind but if I had to work with Ed again, I would go elsewhere. Byron is AMAZING!!!!!!

They greet... us by name and move us quickly through the check in process. They identify what we need done to keep our vehicle in top condition and give us a clear explanation. Ron Rivetz was extremely polite, and he was very knowledgeable about the Acura products. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and helpful. ... I had excellent maintenance service from Jenkins Acura in the past for a 2011 RDX. Jenkins Acura was an easy first stop when it came time to find and buy another car. And as it turned out, my first and last stop. My wife and I are very pleased with the 2016 MDX purchased from Jenkins Acura.
Don???t waste your hard earned money and time with them, your car needs to be serviced the right way. I have put markings on the oil filter to verify if... they are really going to replace it. And to my disappointment they did not, and I was charge for it. Jenkins Acura claimed that they always change the oil and filter. But now I don???t know how long they have been doing this to us or to other costumers. I ask Cindy Duckett for a refund and she did give the money back but ask me to ???never go back to their shop again???. I wish I can upload the photos here. They just cleaned the filter to make it look new.
Bobby Craft is one of the main reasons that we have owned Acura???s since 2002. He treats my wife like a Queen, and the prices are fair. If he says that... we need something done, I never question it. I have priced having the vehicle serviced @ other places, but he is always in the ???ballpark???. The quality of service is impeccable.
I can rest assured that my vehicle will be serviced properly, come out clean and not worry about a thing! I trust the staff at Ocala Acura :)
