    Although I live in a different city I always come back to get my car serviced with Rafael Salcedo at Coggin Honda of Fort Pierce. Rafael always has a friendly and caring attitude towards myself and my mother, who also gets her car serviced here. He also goes out of his way to make sure that we have the best deal possible for the cost of service. When I am here I can also be sure that my car is running at it's best because of the great service techs. This place is great and will always have my service.

    I just came back from Coggin. I spent 15 minutes in the showroom looking at cars and not once did a sales person come over to see if I needed assistance. I then went outside to the lot, again for about 15 - 20 minutes, and no one came out to help me. I even typed a question using their "chat" feature online, and two days later I have yet to receive a response. Coggin just lost my business.

    I find it difficult to understand that if you make an appointment with a service representative and call back to change the day that another service representative can't change it because it involved a recall item and an oil change. It's not rocket science here, makes me feel that communication here is a serious problem. After buying 3 Honda accord from this dealership in 15 years it may be time to move to a better customer service orientated dealership. Feeling like they don't deserve my future business.

    Drove 60 miles thinking I was getting a good deal , only to be disappointed by the fact that the car was filthy, and the salesman who drove it up to us couldn't steer the car because of the power steering acting up,or so he thinks,not sure. Tried to put us in something else for more money. This is a 5 star rated dealership? No way!

    This was the best purchase experience ever. We went in to look at the new 2017 CRV AWD Touring. I had had an amazing purchase experience in 2010 when the GSM of Coggin, Jimmy Taylor was running another store. I had lost touch with him in 2012 and when I found out he was at Coggin, I went to look at CRV's. We were greeted by Milton Perez, who is a fantastic salesman, straightforward, honest and very knowledgeable. I wound up wanting a pearl white CRV AWD touring. They located one that was incoming. We picked it up this past Sunday.. I love it. The CRV is in my opinion, the best vehicle in it's class. It does everything well and gets 32 mpg around town, and got 38 mpg driving from Hobe Sound to Boca and back today. Honda makes great vehicles, the biggest choice is where to buy it. I cannot over stress the great staff at Coggin. Jimmy Taylor is honorable, straight forward, fair, and will always do everything to make a customer happy. This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from him. His entire staff is just as good, leadership comes from the top and flows to everyone. It's all about attitude. Milton explained all of the features of the CRV and helped set up everything from phone pairing to navigation. With all of the high tech in vehicles today, that is a huge help! Angel in F & I was great. She is very knowledgeable, straightforward and an absolutes pleasure to work with. I brought our CRV into service to have mud flaps, door edge guards, dash trim and door sill plates installed. I had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew in service. He made me feel welcome and got everything done on time. The car was washed and ready when I arrived. He walked around it with me and showed me each thing they had installed. Great customer service skills. Do yourself a big favor, go to Coggin Honda Ft Pierce and see them before you buy anywhere else. You wil be glad you did ! I would not buy a vehicle anywhere else !

    My husband and I went in to price a Honda Odyssey. We lucked into the draw having Linda Friedrich as our sales person. After only a few words, she knew exactly how to deal with my husband. After the sale, Linda continued to help us with getting the plates for out of the state for where we live, with instructions, with too many items to list.     Stay away! We had a horrible experience and 5 months later still have not had our issue resolved! 5 months and numerous calls & many emails. Still nothing. Going in this am to speak with a manager & the finance gal! Once they sold us the car, we turned into nobodies the second we walked out the door!! Zero resolution to date. What a shame. Someone recommend them to me! Never ever again! Didn't get any financing deals, so we cancelled and financed with Space Coast. Now we can't get out gap Ins payment refunded! What a pain this place is!

    I went to the dealership for my A12 service and Rafael was very helpful he explained clearly what my car needed and checked up on me for updates. The service was speedy and o enjoyed the complimentary snacks while I waited. I love coming to get my car serviced.
