Routine maintenance
Denise is wonderful! She got us in on time and kept us posted on the progress of our car. The only thing that we would change is the salesman that called, Ross I think, was very pushy and when I told him we weren’t interested, he wouldn’t stop trying to get us to trade our car! If we were interested in trading, we would have called to make an appointment to speak with a salesman!

Love feeling my car and warranty are in good hands! I take the time to read or work on ma laptop. Very through. Very clean. Usually an hour or less :) Love how they remember me each visit!

Chris Miller, without a doubt, made this my best car buying experience yet! My husband and I have both been loyal Toyota customers for over 20 years and decided to switch to Ford 3 years ago, after a bad experience with a Toyota salesman and sales manager. Despite my frustration with the customer service I received 3 years ago, I have still always love the 4runner. With my Ford lease almost ending, I wandered into Toyota in the evening, at a time i thought they would be closed and I would not be bothered by sales people, in order to check out the 2020 4runner in person. Chris Miller happened to be in the parking lot and asked if we needed any help. My husband remembered interacting with him briefly in the past and observing him with other customers. I was hesitant and in no mood for the car selling hustle and bustle, but he assured me that he remembered Chris's professional and honest demeanor and that if we were going to spend any time speaking to a sales person, this was the best guy. I took my chances and boy am i glad that i did. Chris has brought me back to Toyota and put me in the SUV that I love! He was straightforward and to the point. He did not make promises that could not be kept and told me when my hopes were unrealistic. He made me trust him within the first 5 minutes, which is extremely rare with car salesman and surely a gift of the trade!! Chris respected my time and feelings throughout our interaction and made me feel like we were a team. I am so glad to be back in a Toyota, thanks to Chris! I look forward to going back to him for any future vehicle purchases for our family. Chris Miller is a huge asset to Treasure Coast Toyota and others (at all levels) should observe and take some tips from him on good interpersonal communication and customer service!!!!

Great service
We had 3 plus issues that were taken care of in less then 2 hours! On top of that no charge for oil change! Not sure why but thanks! We will be back!
