Same old scams

Tried to buy a new Toyota here two days ago. Same old scams, $300 for nitrogen filled tires, $300 for paint sealant, and another $300 for some other BS charge. Got within $300 of an agreed upon "on the road" or "out the door" price, I thought I had the vehicle purchased, then next time the salesman came back from the sales manager the price had gone up almost $3,500 for "fees". How can you add "fees" to an "on the road / out the door" price? I'm done. I left at that point. If you want to deal with the same old car sales tactics that consistently get automobile retailers and sales people rated as bottom of the barrel for integrity, then shop here. They will treat you with little respect and do their best to separate you from your money like a carnival sideshow. I will never shop here again. I put 90% of the blame for the sales techniques on the dealership. The dealership is who dictates how the sales people act, not necessarily the salesman, Although Louis was still the one telling me things like "oh, the nitrogen is already in the tires, you are going to have to pay for that" He knows better than that, and he is complacent and enabling the enabling the whole process.

Very responsive service. The maintenance manager assigned to my recall notice ensured it was quickly performed and my other requirements performed. Very happy with the Highlander we purchased from Treasure Coast 2 years ago and the service performed.

I love Toyota Stuart. I've been dealing either them for over 15 years. I missed the bagels. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They serve you with a smile. Neville never left my side. He explained everything to me in detail. Neville called me the very next day after purchasing my 2020 Rav XLS to see if all was well. Thank You Neville.

Regular maintenance

As usual, the service was excellent. I go in first thing in the morning and am out in 1 1/2 hrs. My service agent was cordial, polite, respectful, very informative.

Another thorough accommodation of my new Camry.

This dealership has beautiful work stations with USB ports. Starbucks custom machine for coffee -- it is as pleasant to sit there while the Camry is maintenanced as it is sitting in the Red Carpet Room at Dulles or San Francisco Airport. They always accommodate time frames last minute, always perform the courtesy car wash and answer my questions. Love them.

Clean, new, honest, committed. They offered $2500 more...

Clean, new, honest, committed. They offered $2500 more for my trade than Carmax. They weren’t pushy. They were very knowledgeable. Many cars on the lot to choose from. Ordered mine to spec and it arrived at port less than a week later.

Completed 2nd Recall on my Toyota Corolla

I had an accident after the 1st recall on my car. Once Custom Auto repaired my car they took it to the dealer to get the 2nd recall done before I picked up the car. Custom Auto was recommended by the dealer to do the repairs & they did an excellent job. When I knew that the car was going to be fixed I called the dealer & asked if they had parts to do the 2nd recall because I was not comfortable driving the car until it was completed. The service dept. told me they did not have parts yet but once I voiced my concerns they ordered the parts and got it done.
