Great dealer I bought two vehicles in the past 6 months. Always found the right car for us and we enjoyed the salesman Dwayne Webb. Will always recommend... this dealership I drive from Atlanta to buy.
We arrived with no appointments and were greeted and serviced rapidly. They answered all our questions and charged a very fair price. If we lived closer... we would be customers for life. Great experience!!!
Corey Pritchard was an awesome salesman!! We had a great experience. I would recommend rbis dealership to all my friends. Everyone’s was very helpful... and answered all our questions.
I hope everyone gives the new management and staff a chance. These guys truly care about the people of this area. They will go out of their way to take... care of their customers
I went in for service and a big thank you to William woodall we drove out in a brand new tundra. William worked hard to get us into our new truck. William... was very helpfull. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new car or truck go to high country Toyota in scottsboro Al and ask for William Woodall to be your salesman
Amanda Wilson was easy to work with, answered all of my questions and provided excellent customer service. I recommend using her for you car buying needs.
I have some advice for y'all. This is from my own personal experience, so you should do what you want. I recently got a truck from High Country Toyota.... It's a used Dodge Ram. It's a nice truck, but the people there are nothing but crooks. First off, they screwed me on my trade in and I will take blame for allowing that. Then they finance through Souteast Toyota finance. Now, I will never buy from High Country again, but they financed me for a 72 month loan with an interest rate of 7.85%, which is ridiculous, so the second I got my first bill, I took it down to Redstone FCU and refinanced for 4.53% for 72 months. Now here is one way High Country will screw you. To get your payment down closer to where you want it, they add months on to the term, not only is that shady, but probably illegal. Anyway instead of 75 months, which is what they fincanced me for without telling me or just passed by it really quick, I have a loan for 72 months with a lower payment. All told I'll save $3600 over the life of the loan. Beware of High Country Toyota.
Derek Pete was an excellent salesman! Very knowledgeable. Not your typical fake enthusiasm seen with most car salesamen. Ask for him if you shop at HighCountry.... Every staff member was very courteous as well. Thanks to Gary and Derek, I was able to drive home the vehicle I really wanted! I highly recommend High Country Toyota!
Just bought a used truck from high country .Derek Pete was a great salesman and with Max Martin being the finance manager it happened the way I wanted... and very satisfying. Thanks!!!
I bought a used vehicle here and the engine literally blew up the next day (head gasket and two pistons). I asked if they would refund the purchase but... they said the only option was for me to pay for parts to fix the engine. They rebuilt the head of the engine with their labor but it cost me an extra $1000 and they had the vehicle for 3 weeks. If you have read any other reviews on this dealership you may have seen comments about excessive dealer inspection fees. Mine was $598 on my paperwork but after rebuilding the engine they admitted that the vehicle had never been inspected and it was evident that the oil had never even been changed. Of course they were adamant that the labor cost them over $2000 to have their shop do the work but ok. None the less I got it back for a week and discovered that the a/c didn't work. Went back and they said they just forgot to reconnect it when putting the motor back together. I had it for almost a week and a half and then the fan motor burned out and would not blow heat or air and it was leaking oil. I take it back to them and they replaced the fan motor and fixed the oil leak that was caused by them installing the wrong size oil cooler gasket when rebuilding the engine. That took about a week. I get it back and have it for almost two whole weeks when the transmission goes out and will no longer go forward and the engine has burned another quart of oil. At this point I asked that they buy the vehicle back because it was obviously unrepairable. After weeks of back and forth and never getting return calls from anyone they essentially offered to give me rough trade in value for the vehicle or close to what they thought they could wholesale auction it for. Since I had no other option I ended up eating a $3,200 loss not to mention months of stress and inconvenience. The people were nice and never rude but they were often hard to get in touch with, not good to return calls, and I feel like I was left holding the bag for buying a bad vehicle that was not "inspected". When the engine blew up I suppose they could have just said tough luck but they could have also stood behind their product which is what you would expect from a reputable dealership. I would have expected something like this from a shady fly by night dealership but I would have thought a Toyota dealership would be better.
