This is the second visit in 2 days that my husband and I made to this dealership. We had the wonderful Mr. Bryan help us with our two new to us jeep wrangler purchases. My husband carried his ducks from his previous jeep, but I traded in another make and had no ducks... until we walked outside after signing the papers and Bryan left me my first duck!

Title: Four Months Without Basic Warranty Documentation – Zero Response from Management Rating: 1/5 Stars I purchased a vehicle from Landers McLarty Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Huntsville, Alabama in August 2025. For four months, I have been unable to obtain my warranty documentation despite numerous attempts to contact the dealership. Timeline of Failed Contact Attempts: August 2025: Immediately after purchase, I requested my warranty information from my salesperson via email. No response received. September 2025 (approximate): After weeks of waiting, I called the finance department and left a detailed voicemail including my name, contact information, and specific request. No callback, text, or email response. December 29, 2025: I called again and asked to speak with a finance manager. I was sent to voicemail where I left complete information. No follow-up of any kind. December 30, 2025: I made six separate attempts to reach someone at the dealership: First call: Directed to finance manager's voicemail—mailbox was full, could not leave message Second call: Requested the general manager—sent to voicemail that was full and would not accept messages Third through sixth calls: Immediately redirected to the same full voicemail each time The Issue: I have spent four months attempting to obtain basic warranty documentation through every reasonable channel. The dealership's communication systems are either non-functional or deliberately ignored. Full voicemail boxes indicate a systemic failure to monitor or respond to customer concerns. Warning to Prospective Buyers: Do not assume post-purchase support will be available at this dealership. If you cannot reach management when problems arise, you will have no recourse. I urge anyone considering a purchase here to carefully evaluate whether they are willing to accept this level of non-responsiveness. Request for Resolution: I am still seeking my warranty documentation and an explanation for why basic customer service has been impossible to obtain. I expect contact from management to resolve this matter immediately. Recommendation: I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience.
