Not the 5 star they clam

Simple oil change turned in to months of trying to get them to fix what they damaged. So I dont understand how they came up with a 5 star rating.

Lack of confidence in the service on 2018 GT350

Recently Purchased new 2018 GT 350. Was not pleased with service at time of purchase due to parts needing to be added, had to schedule myself and do all legwork myself. Recently had a water leak inside of car. Car was at service department for one week. When the car was finally ready for pickup it had not been washed and dirty paper towels were lying in the floorboard of car. Molding around windshield is still not 100% and general lack of concern from everyone involved.

This purchase experience is the way it is supposed to be!

I had been looking for a used Ford Escape....shopped at other dealers because they either had the year or the model that I had been looking for......Woody Anderson was our last stop.....they had a lovely little red Ford Escape that I was ready to purchase when we asked about any AWD models that might be had and we were shown a 2015 Ford Edge Sport AWD......decided to spend twice what we had planned to spend because this car was an even nicer one. It was a very good deal based on market pricing and the service we received while shopping there was daylight to dark difference from shopping at other dealers. Woody Anderson does it right! We have purchased 3 Fords from them in 2000 and 2001......those cars have served us well and for a long period of time....now we have replaced one with a used Ford Edge and couldn't be happier! Thank you Dan Procter for everything you did for us to help acquire such a lovely car! Faye Dyer

Awesome buying experience!

I just purchased a new car at Woody Andersen Ford, Richyle Payne assisted me. She was awesome and her and the sales staff there went out of their way to make my buying experience quick and painless. They even went the extra mile to get me what I wanted on my trade! I would recommend Richyle and Woody Andersen to anyone in the market for a new car!

Always have a great experience

We have bought two cehicle from Woodt Anderson now and both times we were warmly welcomed with salesmen that actually wanted to Spend as much time as You needed to find what You wanted. No pressure, its always warm, comfortable and everyone has been accomidating for my disabilities and not make me feel like I am being stared at. I will be happy to come back every time.

Best Buying Experience Ever

I just purchased my newest addition, a 2016 Ford Fusion, and I could not be happier with my experience at Woody Anderson! I was unable to come on the first day as planned, but I kept in contact with the sales manager Doug and my personal salesman Chris Stone and they were absolutely awesome! Even the salesman in training, Charlie, helped and just really made the whole buying experience go more smoothly. I never felt pressured, the hospitality was next to none, and I truly felt I received the best deal on this sharp little car! I love it! Thank you Woody Anderson and your great staff!!
