Chevrolet of Boaz

My experience with Chevrolet of Boaz was excellent. We negotiated a fair price for my 2025 Chevrolet 2500HD Trailboss after comparing local dealership offers in my area and the price didn?t change after I drove 160 miles to pick it up and finish paperwork. No unnecessary fees or products were pushed on me at any point. They did give me a great deal on a factory extended warranty as well. Truck was as advertised. I was in and out in less than an hour. I made an appointment at 11:30 for an oil and filter change, then i added a tire rotation. They were very friendly already had the paperwork ready. I went into the waiting room, (which was very clean). In less than 1 hour, I was told my car was ready. I have been using Chevrolet of Boaz even before it was named Chevrolet of Boaz. Scene 1990 I have bought 1990 Cavalier, 1993 Cavalier, 1998 Cavalier and 2015 Cruze from them. They have always taken care of my cars.

On Time Service- I had a 9am appointment for the first Service on my 2023 Silverado- the truck went in on time and I was leaving the dealership at 9:30am with my service work being completed- That is what I call good service- they don't leave you sitting in the waiting room - the service gets completed and out the door you go.

I am extremely pleased with my experience. I purchased the truck online. I spoke with Barry, salesman, at the dealership when I called in. He was very easy to work with. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get there and everything was exactly as we had agreed, no "dealer add on" or other fees or tricks. I will be going back next time I need to buy a car. I never thought I would praise a car dealership, but they definitely earned it. Thanks

Always great service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They check everything and tell you if any concerns. They are up to date on all recalls or service bulletins that come out. My preferred dealership

Truth is there is an A/C heater control for the passenger side. Still cannot a just temperature on the passenger side.

Jeremy was very helpful and made they buying process easy. He didn't pressure me into anything and had the truck delivered to me the next day. Very easy process. Highly recommend.

They were very friendly and helpful. Even suggested a good place to eat that we would never had known about. I would refer them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.
