The vehicle I purchased was shipped from another
The vehicle I purchased was shipped from another dealership. I don’t know if the salesman didn’t know the process or if the ball was dropped somewhere but when I checked with the salesman after a week, I was told the vehicle still hadn’t shipped. Seemed very unprofessional.

Great car
Bought a 2021 BMW X3 and paid an extra $500 for the
Bought a 2021 BMW X3 and paid an extra $500 for the certified Preowned warranty. It took us taking the car in 3 times to have the breaks fixed. now the car makes a whistling noise that sounds like pressure releasing from somewhere in the engine area. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone so we took the car in along with a video clip of the noise. The dealership stated that they would notify me when they are able to look at the car with a loaner since a loaner wasn't available. After 3 months of no notification, we decided to notify corporate who was no help. We have no waited over 4 months and have yet to get a response. Lesson learned is that they will make many promises when you purchase the vehicle but don't expect them to uphold any of those promises. Expensive lesson learned. They do not even deserve the 1 star

U need technician who want to do the job
Very poor repaired to car and pay large amount for different parts of repairs and they did repair one thing and charge me large amount for labor and cheap parts for top dealer in the world and founder of one who make my car and they charge me for parts which was not put on and they large amount and I very 😡; my car broke down the next day ; wanted started

Never sent everything we agreed on
Bought this used car out of state. It had everything we needed. I asked the Madison if the car had any damage, or anything of concern like scuffed rims. At first she said no. But she then forgot some damage on the passenger side rocker panel. But when we received the car, the front windshield had a chunk taken out, all four rims had some scuffs, trunk lid had a nice chip in it, rear bumper was deformed and had scuffs all the way down to the black plastic (car is white), tray for the cupholder wouldn't close, and the front passenger seat's button was missing its cover. I immediately sent her all pics of what the car really looked like. She handed me over to Danny in finance I was told. We worked out a deal that I was happy with, but Danny and BMW of Montgomery didn't fully deliver. I have emails that he said everything in our agreement was sent, included a new button for the seat and wheel dip to cover the scuffs of all four wheels. They never arrived. Howard lied to me and others need to know how they do business.
