Great Service - Thanks

Our new XTS had a problem with electric glove box switch. They fixed this, completed 3 recalls and performed the first 5000 mile service. It is always nice to have such dependable people take care of your needs. Thank you Tonny for all of your quality assistance this time and also over the past years. It is indeed a pleasure to be able to have you keep our auto in excellent condition.

Excellent Purchase Experience

It had been 12 years since I had purchased a vehicle. The salesman was patient and very helpful. He explained that I could apply on line, the credit inquiry would be a soft inquiry and he would follow up after receiving my credit application. Within 15 minutes, he called informing me of my approval. Since my boyfriend had already test drove the car and brought it to me for my approval, I already knew which vehicle I wanted. The salesman even took the vehicle to the insurance company for me while I was at work. He was able to answer all my questions, showed me around the dealership and introduced me to the young lady who would complete the financing part of my purchase. The financing manager was also patient and explained all the information in detail. I truly appreciate the patience and attentiveness of the staff at this dealership.

Great people, attentive, and very helpful

I enjoy the experience. The people were friendly, they had the vehicle ready for the test drive and I purchased the vehicle that night. We were there for a very short period of time and they allowed us to wait and pick up the vehicle the following Sat.

I had been reading about the new line of trucks GM was coming out with fall. I made contact with GMC dealers in 150 mile radius. Mr Larry Hudson lead the charge in keeping me informed. The information about the canyon and the colorado on the internet was most helpful. Mr. Hudson sealed the deal in locating a vehicle and doing what was needed to cause me to close the deal. I am enjoying the driving of this product and it gets a lot of positive responses. Tell GMC to keep them rolling and pay special attention to the little details that set them apart from others even Colorado. Keep up the excellent work that is uniquely GMC. Joseph T Williams
