Had my first vehicle service for my new car and was very happy with the experience. Dealership contacted me beforehand to schedule the service, sent reminders, and took care of me upon arrival. I was treated professionally and kindly. Different staff members spoke to me and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. That’s how it’s done! Thanks so much for a great experience.

I could not rate my service at the Sandy Sansing

I could not rate my service at the Sandy Sansing Chevorlet Service Department any lower. New truck, 2025 Silverado 3500 Diesel. 8300 Miles! Warning for “Service Water in Fuel”. NO Warranty at all! No water found in the system. The “recommendation”, $3000 for full system cleaning and injector cleaning but could not confirm there was a problem at all. I was told they would have to “drop the tank” to confirm the diagnosis but that would not be covered under warranty and that the warning did not come on while in service or on the “test drive”. Picked it up today (after over a week) and the warning was still on. The technician that pulled the truck around said he was not my adviser and that “he had a lot on his mind” (no time to talk to me I guess) when I asked about the notification. Sandy Sansing and Chevrolet DO NOT stand behind their products. NEVER AGAIN! Not a Chevrolet and certainly not a Sandy Sansing dealership! Thank you!

We understand how frustrating it is to have a warning light remain on, especially on a new vehicle. Diesel fuel systems can be sensitive to contamination, and we regret that our team was unable to confirm the presence of water in the fuel during your visit. The warning cleared during our diagnostic process, and depending on the amount of water present, it can intermittently reset on its own. The recommendation to drop the tank and perform a full system cleaning was based on the diagnostic procedures available, but we understand you were not comfortable authorizing further work without definitive confirmation. Since the warning has returned, we recommend additional diagnostics to accurately determine the cause and prevent potential damage. We wish you all the best and hope you find a service facility that better fits your expectations and can assist you moving forward.

Booked in for a service and a recall update. Only did the service, had to reschedule the recall. My priority was the recall but they didn’t ask.
