Service of vehicle
Took our truck in for an oil change and fuel filter change. They did the service fast and efficient! I highly recommend this dealership. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our 2016 Tahoe needed new tires. Chuck at Southern Chevrolet got the tires there in half a day's time. The team at Southern are always prompt, professional and very courteous. Thank you Chuck and Southern Chevrolet!
We looked everywhere online. Some places insisted we come in but Chip was very supportive. We did all the negotiations online. We went to the dealership knowing just what we were getting and how much. The process, including the paperwork, was painless.
100,000 mile service

Great service .
We were traveling and our transmission went out. Had to have the vehicle towed to the dealership. When I called they told me they were so busy that it would be a week before they could even look at it. But that same afternoon the service tech called and said they were checking it out because they heard we were from out of town. After dickering with the warranty people for a couple of days they got my vehicle back to me the day after the warranty work was approved. Great service from tech Chuck Maglothin!
Driving down for the weekend when my car’s oil change came due. Stopped in and was told the only appointment was 5 hrs. I left car and they called an hour later. They had squeezed me in. Says a lot with everyone short staffed these days!
Can’t service cars they sell
Took my 2014 Chevy Volt in on a Thursday for “reduced propulsion “ code and trouble starting. Called the following Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for progress updates, leaving my name and number each time. With no responses, I dropped in the next Thursday and was told Southern Chevrolet is unable to service Volts because they have no certified Volt (or Bolt) technician and I would have to take it 30 miles away to Pensacola. Would have appreciated hearing that the day I brought it in instead of wasting a week without the car. So, do not buy a car here without checking to ensure they can service it. Battery kaput..checked at southern..had new battery installed...good people..good install..batteries do not last long anymore..hope not made in china..ha..hope this one last longer..tks for the service

Went to this dealer because of very poor service at another Chevrolet dealer. I was happy with the service. The people were all friendly and helpful. I’d recommend them to others.
