Besides bringing in my vehicle for the recall, I also decided to get an oil change and 27 point inspection. Jeffrey Marin did a great job in handling all of my concerns and provided good customer service.

I came in early to bring my Honda Fit for an oil change. It was assigned to Bill Tomasek. He knew I was trying to catch the Metra train to get to work and worked efficiently to process the paperwork as quickly as possible which I greatly appreciated. He later contacted me to let me know the oil change was completed. I was taken to the Metra stop by one of your drivers and unfortunately, I did not get his name. But he was kind and also let me know what to do when I returned after work to get my car.

This is the second car we’ve bought from Continental Toyota. Their service has been great and so we considered them first in looking for a new car. Our sales person this time as before was very knowledgeable about the cars and helpful in helping us decide which car model we wanted. Kenny was also not pushy or pressuring in his sales approach. That is always the part of buying a car that turns me off. But it didn’t happen and we think we got a good deal and love our new Camry. We brought our old Prius in for a check up and it was being done while we shopped for the new car. The service department always does a good job.

Thank you so much to Al Proceso in helping us get into a new vehicle. Al was very patient with us even when we were comparing another vehicle and he would go over all the features of the two, we originally wanted a 19' Corolla but the C-HR was a better option for my step mum. The management here are great to deal with also, straight forward and very pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend this dealership to our friends and family. Thank you!
