Timely, appropriate and done with ease.

Buying a new vehicle can be very scary. This purchase was handled with ease. The visit to check on the vehicle after the purchase was easily handled.

Good Experience

Everyone treated us with respect and courtesy. This is the second used car we bought from Continental and were happy both times. I would come back again to purchase another car.

Engine light

The service level is always at it's best, they have knowledgeable personal from service writers like Mark to very quality tech's. I'm sure that if I shopped around I might find a better cost, but would I feel as assured that the work was done correctly .I'm sure not.

Excellent service

I had a wonderful experience at Continental Toyota. I was very satisfied with the price and with the amount given for my trade in. Everyone I dealt wilth, salesman Ian Goldberg and finance Mark Doerge, were very professional and took time to fully answer all my questions. Ian Goldberg called me the next day to see how I was doing. He told me he would gladly help me understand all the electronics if I needed to come back one day. I would highly recommend Continental Toyota.

Great experie

Went in to purchase a truck, Jesse was extremely helpful and easy to work with. By far the fastest purchase experience I’ve had thus far. Great deal, great service, great cars! Highly recommend this dealership, ask for Jesse!

Awesome Dealership

Went to Continental last Thursday with my daughter. She purchased her first car a new corolla. I have bought several Toyota's over the years and no dealer has ever come close to beating Continental's price and service. We went in several weeks before and got a quote from Joe Miglio. He is always professional and has always treated my family great. We went in to finalize the deal. Al in finance handled the paper work. Had some issues with finalizing the deal and he was able to still close the deal so we could take delivery on the car. He took his time to explain everything so my daughter could understand all the terms of the agreement. Bill Awwad went over the car with my daughter. It was late in the evening and the dealership was closed. He took his time to explain to my daughter all the features. He told he to get familiar with the car in the driveway and be careful not to get distracted while driving. I have dealt with Bill before and he too is always professional. He really went that extra mile to ensure my daughter be safe. He even told her stop in any time if she has any questions about the vehicle. That all said I can't say enough about this dealership. They have never let me down. They still take great care of you after the deal is done. The service department is great too!!! My wife stopped in the other day with a headlight burnt out. The service department was slammed. The manager told her to go to parts and get the light and he would install it. She was back on the road in ten minutes. All I can say is if your looking for a dealership the really values you as a customer. This is the place to go. Thanks again for your outstanding service.

Run don't walk to continental Toyota.

Happy Customer

Took my Avalon in because of a grinding noise from rear window sunscreen area whenever I put the car in reverse. Mark, the service writer, diagnosed the problem as a failing sunscreen motor. Very costly to repair for a feature I seldom if ever use. Understanding that Mark offered me another solution. Disable the unit. I agreed. He drove the car into the shop, returned a few minutes later, announced handled, said have a nice day and gave me the key. Cost, no charge. Noise gone, customer happy, what more can I say. Only this, trust Continental for your service needs as I did this time and will in the future. Really, really happy.

A very happy customer

Brought in my 2009 Avalon because of a loud grinding noise coming from the rear window sunscreen area whenever I put the car in reverse. Mark, the service writer quickly diagnosed the sunscreen motor was failing. To fix it costly and time consuming. Since I have seldom used the sunscreen Mark suggested we simply disable the feature. I agreed. With that he took the car into the shop returned a few minutes later, announced handled, have a nice day, no charge. Now if that isn't exceptional service I don't know what is. But this is what you expect from Continental...looking out for the best interests of the customer and then providing the solution. This is definitely a 5 star operation.
