This dealership is OUTSTANDING!! My salesman, James, was so very polite, professional, proficient, and NOT pushy at the same time, that right away I was... drawn to him, and this deal!! I needed a car and did some research on vehicles. I settled on getting a Honda Civic. After searching for certified vehicles, I noticed that Darrell Waltrip... Honda was consistently lower in the price of their vehicles compared with other Honda dealerships in the area. I had previously purchased an Odyssey about 10 years ago from this same dealership so I had high expectations when I came there. I was not disappointed. Russell Reidmiller is an excellent sales associate! He was attentive, listened to my needs, offered appropriate choices, highlighted features, followed up the next day, and responded to my inquiries the next couple of days. When I came a second time knowing exactly what I wanted to test drive, it was a very easy process from there. He even suggested running through the in-house loan process which proved to be lower than my pre-approved loan. The follow-up call after purchase was also well appreciated since I had meant to call back with a couple more questions post-purchase. When I will purchase my next car, Russell and Darrell Waltrip Honda will be foremost in my mind.

I went to their store for honda fit sport 2010.they were so nice even though I did not buy the car in the end.they showed me the car without asking any... question,never push me to make a decision .the honda fit sport was good but the price was a little bit over my budget and i finally bought another one from another store. I still want to give them 5 stars for their good service.
Second purchase at Darrell Waltrip dealership. Both experiences have been very pleasant and fair both on the new vehicle purchase and the trade in. They... do not use any high pressure sales tactics.

I was traveling through Nashville on a holiday weekend when I began to have car trouble. Darrell Waltrip Volvo was very patient and helpful in finding... out the problem, resolving it and making me feel comfortable to continue traveling. They gave a full report to my local dealer!

Was given conflicting information on scheduling service. Knew it was busy so agreed to drop off the car -- person who answered the phone (young, female,... very tentative) said I didn't need to schedule an appointment. I arrive and am greeted by a nice guy immediately who said a service tech will be over shortly. I wait around 5 or 10 minutes. Another couple arrives and are immediately taken care of. I go inside, stand around -- woman behind the service desk finally asks if I need help. I tell them I'm dropping off the car. She said, so you'll leave for the weekend, then, right? I said no, I was told that would be handled today. But I don't have an appointment so I'm screwed. She counts all the cars already scheduled and prebooked for the day. It's still the morning, but she can't fit me in for an oil change. Wasted my time and my brother's, who drove over to give me a ride back home. This dealer needs to train those in the service department who answer the phone to immediately suggest setting an appointment on days where the volume is high and it's very busy. That would have solved the problem. Instead, I've wasted my entire morning and still my car needs service.

We have established a policy for all our rep...resentatives to encourage making an appointment. I apologize we dropped the ball during your experience with our dealership, however I do want to thank you for leaving this review. Service representatives were very courteous and helpful. They offered several options and indicated that we were in need of new tires. We elected to purchase... the new tires but we were preparing to be out of town so they worked with us to schedule a convenient time. Also we purchased the tires at point so they would be available upon our return. The dealership recently separated the service areas for the makes at this location which made for quick and efficient experience that did not include a long wait.
