I am truly disgusted by the actions and stance this dealership is taking with my purchase of a used 2019 Lexus RCF. They were not upfront and truthful... with regard to the condition of this vehicle. The vehicle was partially painted and it was not disclosed, the paint used was not an exact match to the OEM paint. I purchased this vehicle based upon numerous conversations I had with the dealership and the few pictures they sent me, I live in California. I have an open case with BBB, reference BBB CASE#: 37181564 and will proceed to litigation if necessary. The dealership should do the right thing and cover the cost of the paint to be fixed, however they are refusing to at this point. I will not buy from this dealership again and would recommend others don't, they operate in their best interest and not the best interest of their customers. I own 4 High End very expensive Lexus performance vehicles and have grown accustomed to the excellence in the product and the dealerships I have dealt with in California, this same level of excellence is not present here at Lexus of Nashville. They have a second dealership, Cool Springs Lexus where my vehicle was initially before it was transferred back to Lexus of Nashville where I purchased it. Extremely disappointed with this dealership, their stance as well as what they will sacrifice to save a few $$. ZERO INTEGRITY!! Cool Springs did not disclose the true condition it was in and they too negotiated this vehicle under false pretenses prior to it returning back to Lexus of Nashville where the deal was made. If I could rate this dealership with No Stars I would. Additional information for new buyers, if you go through the reviews you will see a common theme.. They rarely respond back to negative comments choosing to turn a blind eye to it.
This was one of the best buying experiences I've had buying a car. I bought this from out of state and had no issues at all. The dealership was even nice... enough to pick me up at the airport when I flew in to pick up my car. David was very easy to communicate with and answered every question I had.

My fiancé and I were in Nashville on a weekend trip... and decided to stop by the dealership to browse as we’d been kicking around the idea of buying a new car. We’re pretty savvy shoppers and aren’t afraid to travel far and wide for the best deal on a vehicle, but the way we were treated by Romaine and all the staff at Lexus of Nashville was the difference maker! Romaine is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and has the ability to juggle multiple things at once without leaving anyone out. We test drove 4 vehicles and spent hours comparing the vehicle we decided on with other options across the country. In the end, it wasn’t the price that compelled us to take the deal, it was the experience. These people know how to treat customers! They’re transparent, upfront, and respectful of your budget, intellect, and time. Romaine is an absolute asset and should be acknowledged and rewarded for his abilities and character!

I searched the internet for an automobile that I felt would meet my expectations. I sought and found several possible 2016 Lexus RX 350's at Lexus of Nashville.... I contacted the dealership and was accommodated by a sales associate, David Haley. We met, I settled on a vehicle, and went through the buying process. David Haley made this process the easiest of any vehicle purchase I have ever made. David was the consummate professional. We had an appointment to test drive an L/Certified 2019 GS350 with 1200 miles. Unfortunately it was not marked as hold and sold the previous evening. ... The sales consultant talked to the sales manager who asked if would buy a new GS for the same price. Yes. I received maximum trade-in value for my LS (I'm downsizing) and paid less than $1K more than for a 2018 GS with 12K miles we looked at at CarMax.
Process was easy and simple, salesman was great, no run around, no false promises, said he would try and help me and he along with his team made the buying... process great. Would definitely recommend and come back for my next purchase.

Both the sales person and the lady that followed up with the paperwork were outstanding. They were determined to help me find the car that met my needs... at a price that met my needs. They even kept the dealership open 30 minutes after it closed to complete everything since I was from out of town. An outstanding experience !
