I called and Spoke to Michelle Hunt, a lease specialist. I gave her a daunting task; take a trade that was $10K upside down, and fair credit, and get me... a NX300 . It took she and her managers no time to do this, approve me, for the vehicle I wanted. The day we test drove, was a Saturday. A Beautiful Showroom. Greeted wonderfully and promptly put in a vehicle for me and my wife to drive. We had left a deposit and planned to come the following week, as a particular price point was achieved on a car located at the Nashville location. Not 15 minutes after we left, did I get a call from Michelle. Her sales manager felt badly that we were there for a bit, and not only gave extra money for the trade to allow us not to place additional funds, but gave us an $800 upgrade in vehicles, so we were able to return and take delivery on the one we drove. Michelle Hunt, her finance Manager Billy, and sales manager Charlie, made this the best car buying experience I've had in 30 years. The Lexus NX300 handles beautifully. HIGHLY Recommend experiencing them your self.

I was looking to buy a new Lexus and I was introduced to Joe Aikens by phone. I told Joe what I was looking for, and after a few conversations, Joe found... my dream car! As a single woman I was afraid of being “hassled” but that was absolutely not the case. Joe was very friendly, polite, and listened to what I wanted in the car, not what they had on the lot to sell. I came to this dealership in Nashville, Tn. on Rosa Parks blvd. for a recall on my 2015 Lexus. My customer service agent was above outstanding and exceded... my expectations by far. It was far better than my experience at the Mercedes Benz dealership ! My consultants name was Logan Lewis and he was the uttermost professional! I was loaned a car complimentary ( a very nice new vehicle at that!) while they serviced my Vehicle recall for free. When they finished the service , my vehicle was washed and full of gas. I was very impressed of the curtesy and expertise of the repairing of my vehicle. thank you guys very much and see you soon when I upgrade!

I came to Romaine, my salesman, and he took me for a test drive, answered questions about the car and worked with me on the price. I appreciate his patience.... I purchased a 2019 Lincoln MKC that I had located on CarGurus. I feel fortunate to have been connected to Romaine Clue when calling for an appointment... to see the vehicle. He was knowledgeable and most helpful (no high pressure salesman). Highly recommend. I also financed the vehicle through Lexus and Mr. Eissa made this process simple, and worked to get financing comparable to my credit union.
My experience buying a 2020 RX350L from this dealership was first rate from start to finish. Tyler Shepard was an absolute delight to work with on our... long distance purchase. He was professional, extremely helpful and so easy to work with - making the whole sales process easy and comfortable. As we picked up the car on our way driving through Nashville, he expedited the sale process and spent as much time as we needed on “instruction”. Excellent service, including the staff member in finance. I highly recommend Tyler and this dealership, and will certainly contact him for any future purchase.
I am truly disgusted by the actions and stance this dealership is taking with my purchase of a used 2019 Lexus RCF. They were not upfront and truthful... with regard to the condition of this vehicle. The vehicle was partially painted and it was not disclosed, the paint used was not an exact match to the OEM paint. I purchased this vehicle based upon numerous conversations I had with the dealership and the few pictures they sent me, I live in California. I have an open case with BBB, reference BBB CASE#: 37181564 and will proceed to litigation if necessary. The dealership should do the right thing and cover the cost of the paint to be fixed, however they are refusing to at this point. I will not buy from this dealership again and would recommend others don't, they operate in their best interest and not the best interest of their customers. I own 4 High End very expensive Lexus performance vehicles and have grown accustomed to the excellence in the product and the dealerships I have dealt with in California, this same level of excellence is not present here at Lexus of Nashville. They have a second dealership, Cool Springs Lexus where my vehicle was initially before it was transferred back to Lexus of Nashville where I purchased it. Extremely disappointed with this dealership, their stance as well as what they will sacrifice to save a few $$. ZERO INTEGRITY!! Cool Springs did not disclose the true condition it was in and they too negotiated this vehicle under false pretenses prior to it returning back to Lexus of Nashville where the deal was made. If I could rate this dealership with No Stars I would. Additional information for new buyers, if you go through the reviews you will see a common theme.. They rarely respond back to negative comments choosing to turn a blind eye to it.
