Took over 4 hours to purchase car.

Took over 4 hours to purchase car. Finally had to deliver the next day. First check on car they could not give me an appointment, but only a drop off time!! No idea how many hours/days it would take. Took car to another dealer and in and out in an hour.

Great sales, service after the sale truly rude

I came to your dealership looking for a truck your sales person Jacob was tremendous, however customer service afterwards has not been so good. 2 temp tags and 7 weeks later and the vehicle registration information has yet to be sent to the DMV. I just made another phone call to the dealership finally after four minutes of whole time on the phone spoke with a young lady who informed me that there’s no one to speak to for titles that I would have to go to a specific website to get the information for the registration. I was also informed that the dealership is waiting on the state when in fact the dealership provides the state with the information needed to register a vehicle. I told the young lady that I was not upset with her but I am a bit perturbed being that it only took a little bit better than two hours to sell me the vehicle yet it looks as if I may have to have a third temp tag or more before the information is conveyed Saw that I might be able to properly register the vehicle. She informed me rudely I might add that it takes anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks to have the information sent over to the DMV and no there’s no one I can talk to again here is the website and then she hung up. My time is extremely valuable to me and the running back and forth to get temp tags and to the DMV is ridiculous at best. Again your sales person Jacob was absolutely tremendous great customer service and I am certain that I shall have to take time out of my day to drive over 100 miles round trip to get a third temp tag but I must admit I do not believe that I would suggest your dealership to anyone for any reason after the conversation with this young lady.

worst service of all time

Scheduled service with a service rep over the phone. Utilized the early drop off at 5am for my appointment at 6am. When I arrived back at 7:15am my vehicle had not moved. I went in to enquire and they had no booked appointment for me in their system. They (Corky) said he would put it in line (with an "I'm doing you a big favor, because you screwed up not us" tone) and that it would take 2.5 hrs. This is not the first time I have had issues with Beaman service or Corky. I don't understand why he hasn't been put in the dark parts cage away from people because he has zero customer orientation. Four years ago when I first started going to Beaman for service, I gave them an excellent rating, which was well deserved. However, something bad has happened with Service (I am looking at you Beaman Senior management). Don't even get me started about a mechanic keeping my custom lug key. Thanks for the promises to replace it, but you never did. I realized this morning that every time I go in I am expecting the worst. Beaman has delivered on that time and time again. This is a breakup message Beaman, hopefully others read this and won't make the same mistake I did. Good bye beaman.

The WORST experience ever!

The WORST experience ever!!! Had money for a new truck and when we showed up I was told that they would NOT sell it to my handicapped husband unless we 100% financed it. They wouldn’t even sell it to us with all the money.! They LIED ( I have it all on text ) had us drive from Clarksville in hopes that we would fall into their scam of 100% financing to capitalize on such few new trucks that they are receiving.! SO wrong, mean and just downright ugly.!! Don’t waste your time with Andy or this dealership! Found what we wanted in Paris, Tn. at Peppers!! Ask for Hunter.! He treated us right and didn’t lie or waste our time.!!! He was straight up with everything!! Needless to say….. I turned this into channel 4news and I hope they take this story.! Andy blamed his boss, said he was mad and he left work… HA!!!!! and wouldn’t sell my handicapped husband a truck “FOR CASH” ( cashier check) after telling us it was okay. Our cash is NO good????? Don’t waste your time with this pitiful dealership!!! So sad!!! Beware.!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience . The most unorganized people I have ever bought a truck from. Horrible customer service, horrible follow up after the sale. They lost my paperwork and it took 3+ months to get a tag. I bought in early dec. paid in full in February and still no title. Oh yea Gm has no record of me owning the truck whatsoever.

I’ve been a long time customer and have purchased many vehicles however will never buy any more vehicles there again. Apparently since the ownership change customer service does not exist. I had a scheduled service appointment for basic oil change and tire rotation for a given time. When I arrived was told it would be between 3 to 4 hours later before work could be done. Is the baiting and switching a customer or what? David Hudson HUDSON AUTOMOTIVE GROUP I ask the question what good is an appointment? Why buy a vehicle at your dealership with these free oil changes if you cannot provide the services? Found the service reps to be very unprofessional and refused to refer me to any managers

As a customer, l had a bad experience with Beaman...

As a customer, l had a bad experience with Beaman customer service. I visited Beaman Toyota, Broadway in Nashville Tennessee, Jan 2022. I called before l went and told them my credit score. They guy told me to come on in because they work with different credit scores. When l got there they treated me with disrespect because of my credit. The talked to me like a child and belittled me. The car l wanted was $43,000 and l was told to put down $30,000. I felt disrespected by that comment. I had $2000 to $4000 to put down. So the guy there lied to me about working with all credits. I regret why l wasted my time visiting this place. This is my last time trying to buy a car at Beaman.

Thank you Brent for the excellent customer service you provided us at the dealership! My daughter is so happy with her new 4-Runner. She said it was perfect and more than she expected! To even be able to fly from CA to TN and find the right vehicle for her at the right time was awesome! I wish you were here in Ca. to work with.. Thanks again for everything!!
