Had a wonderful experience
We had a great experience at the Nashville location. Mr. Bolden was great and very helpful. The staff was friendly, the location was very cleanly and very inviting. At no time did we feel intimidated or pushed to purchase a vehicle we didn't want. We will recommend to friends and family.

Bad service. Body shop and oil change.
Truck was in body shop for a month for a small dent in rear quarter. Guy that had my case was fired. Had to take it back 3 times to get it right. I came for my first oil change. 2 hrs 15 mins. I payed more than I should have for my truck. Should have shopped other dealers. Service advisor was a nice guy, but told me 60-90 minutes which I think is very slow. I can change it myself in 20 minutes. Also guilt trip from desk person about this survey. Below great is failure

Dumpster fire
It’s pretty well a xxxx show in the service department. I feel bad for the employees in there. Most are super nice and try to be helpful but there is clearly a lack of leadership, organization and direction. When the tech you’re assigned to isn’t there you just kinda try to find someone to help. I will say that the gentleman who helped me get my vehicle went out of his way to do so. He was the first desk. But besides him it was a mess.

Very stressful experience. Never again.
I went to trade my old Toyota for a new one and got the worst deal. Jake Thomson and Scott Hamilton were the sneakiest salesmen in the store. They have taking advantage of a girl who has zero knowledge how to buy a new car. I’m stuck with my payments that are super high. They get you pressured to sign really fast, and you feel trapped.

Quick courteous painless.
Dropped car off and I was quickly taken home. I was called, given my options, and the repairs were quickly done. Picked up at my home and taken in to pick up car. Repair fixed the problem. The price was quite reasonable. The service couldn’t have been better. THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE!!! Cannot recommend highly enough

Non working ignition key
I was thrilled with Matthew & your receptionist but have to tell you I picked my car & only one key works I ended up calling AAA the next morning thinking I had a battery problem but they showed me only one key works.. This is disappointing because I paid for a new key & also paid your locksmith to re work the ignition & Matt said they both worked but only one does. I will call MATT tomorrow
