    Bought a car from them three weeks ago. The car had a cracked windshield which I was assured would be fix. The only thing they have done was tell me how busy they are. Will NEVER do business with these people again.

    Have bought Nissan vehicles many times. Action Nissan service department has been below poor. No answers, refusal to offer any options for help, and poor communication. Meanwhile, my wife has missed 2 days of work in this process

    At this point I FIRMLY believe that someone associated with this dealership is messing with me. After being given 2 keys at the point of purchase then ultimately finding out that the second key belongs TO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CAR... THEN.. being spoken to disrespectfully by my salesperson when calling in to inquire about the missing key...THEN finding out that because of a system upgrade as it relates to license plates..MY SALESPERSON was supposed to inform me of a likely delay in receiving my permanent plate (she NEVER notified me of any delays).. then after being disgusted with MOST of my Action Nissan experience..I began communicating with Steve Totok- sales manager..he seemed accommodating AT FIRST...he asked that I call him at least a day before coming to have the improperly issued key replaced..I called on Jan. 30 to make him aware of my availability this week..he returned my call the following day and told me that I could bring the car in ANY DAY THIS WEEK as long as it was before 4 to give them time to program it...I called the dealership THIS MORNING (Feb. 2) @9:15 am approximately and was told that he's on vacation(so he obviously didn't verify that the replacement key had been ordered). The receptionist told me they would still take care of it..she transferred me to service..I explained my (key) situation and was told to bring it in around 2pm ..I arrived at 1:59 pm. Wasn't greeted by anyone..so I found and asked the receptionist about it and she found the person she had given my info to.. he took the car with the functioning key and I waited ONE HOUR AND A HALF!!!!!!!!!!!!! for the gentleman to come to me to tell me that THE REPLACEMENT KEY WAS OUT OF STOCK AND ON BACK ORDER!!!!!!!! AN HOUR AND A HALF !!!!! So after clearing my afternoon to have the programming done, waiting almost 2 hours(for info that could've been passed on to me at 9am) I STILL don't have a second key for my 2017 newly purchased car..this has WITHOUT question been the WORST car buying experience that I have EVER HAD!!!!

    The deal that was made with me was not followed through with. And the financing team have bad customer service . The issue was not with me it was with what I had in writing . I purchased a 2017 Nissan Sentra on November 19 and still dealing with the aftermath of the account being over due by 45 day which dings my credit which is not my fault . I would not recommend this car lot to anyone . And as we try to resolve the issue the financing people were very rude with me as if I did something wrong. This has been a complete nightmare. But the positive note the car salesman was very good and treated me well . But I will not ever purchase a car from action Nissan again nor will I recommend it to anyone .

    Worse car seeking experience ever came with Action Nissan. Horrible communication. In the middle of trying to buy the car, suddenly I was notified "We are sending the car to auction." The customer service and representation was incompetent and non-satisfactory. The car had a recall and accident information that could not be provided. I was skeptical; I would not purchase from this dealer for the reasons of lack of transparency and poor customer service.
