Not a bad truck for 20 years old.

Buying the truck with no problem. They help out with a small loan for the truck. Now keep in mind it was a 20 year old truck put 125,000 miles on it then unfortunately on the way home fuel pump went out but it wasn?t their fault. All in all I would buy another vehicle from them.

Easy to work with, No pressure from any one. Jason was awesome and was able to answer any of my questions. Fair price for my trade. Need better parking arrangement for service department.

Service Dept is un caring and doesn't try to help

We took our car in - again - for the same issue. it sat for four days without being moved. Then they call with the same 'cant replicate the issue' excuse. Of course the car did it as soon and we started it up. I talked to the service desk lady and they didn't have time to look at now - make another appointment and brig it back in 2 weeks. What a joke. and no need to say 'call us and let me make it right' you had multiple chances. We discussed your lack of effort when I picked up the car. You don't care because you don't have to - your Dads owns the deanship.

Go Elsewhere! Team is Incompetent

Go Elsewhere! This is the worst Dealership Experience I've ever had and their lack of customer engagement begins at the top with Alan Drinnon. The service team is incompetent upon trying to find a resolution or "update" since they do not communicate with the customer. It was shared, "I'll just go down their and fire everyone, would that make you happy." Very impressive from the top down.

Used car

I felt the used car portion on the lot, the building was hot, no air conditioning, whereas the regular dealership 100 feet away had air conditioning. Looks like 1 building with air would have been sufficient
