Had oil change service and was shocked by the cost. I have taken my cars in for service for years but will look for best prices in the future. I can also... say I have went to other dealers since 2010 to buy cars since the price at Fairway Ford is always higher but until this last visit have always used Fairway for servicing and repairs.

They take forever to perform repairs and their communication with you is terrible. They sent the truck home and within 2 miles the check engine light... came on. When I returned they acted like it was no big deal and had a "get back in line" attitude. They have had my truck for 7 days not counting the holiday for a repair that should not have taken half a day. I have had to call them to get a status of the repairs and it was either "after lunch" or "in the morning" every time. They didn't ask if I needed anything to drive or even apologize for it taking so long. I will never use them to let any of the vehicles in our company fleet go there again.

So far I only have 200 miles on the truck but I think it is a much better quality ride than the previous 2016 GM Silverado I traded in. Time will tell.... The staff at Fairway treated me fairly. I couldn?t have asked for any better experience!
