Got great service.

We went for an airbag recall on my husbands car, which was taken care of immediately. Mike Carter in service department was very friendly, like we had known him forever. While waiting on the repair, we were browsing around the showroom and saw a Nissan Rogue that we liked. We already planned to trade my car in a few months, but when Debbie Lambert offered to work things out for us on the new vehicle, with deferred payments that met our needs, we drove home with the new Rogue. Thanks to Debbie Lambert and Jerry Sproles for their friendly manor and outstanding service. Everyone we met were professional and very nice. We would be happy to take out future business to Wallace Nissan.

Wonderful and careing

Highly recommend stephanie. She knows her stuff and very helpful also very careing. Took her time and explained everything. Would recomend Wallace Nissan to everyone.

Good people

Went to look at a used car and by chance got to talk to Cody Parcell about the SUV we were looking at. He listened to what I wanted and offered to let me drive it which I did. We told him we would come back the next day and see what kind of deal we could make. The next day we went to see what kind of deal could be had and they worked it out the way I wanted it to be. And they went way above and beyond what I expected. We drove away feeling great about the purchase we made.

Great Dealership!

I purchased my second car in a little over three years from Kris Begley on October 18, 2017. He's an awesome sales associate! I have always been very pleased with the service department also. I will be recommending Wallace Nissan to all my family and friends.

Couldn't Be Happier"

Staff was great, worked late with us on a Saturday evening with no rush. We had been out looking on a beautiful day. Not only did we come to Wallace Nissan once but twice that day. We test drove a Nissan Rogue the first time then we left and done some more car shopping. We had already drove an hour and a half that day looking. I was really set on the Rogue so we went back the second time. Gabriel met us with a smile again. He was awesome to work with and would recommend him to anyone. So our deal wasn't exactly met that night but on Monday with phone calls between my husband and Gabe a deal was set while we were going through a McDonald's drive thru. We went in on Tuesday evening to do paperwork and to get our Nissan Rogue. I couldn't be happier with our purchase. Thank you Gabriel for all your work and everything you did to help make this happen. Jim & Kim

Kris Begley was amazing!

I went to purchase a new Nissan Versa today, Kris Begley was my sales associate and I do not have enough good things to say about him or our experience at Wallace Nissan, we had been at another dealership earlier in the day and felt short-changed, so we made out way to Wallace and k am so glad we did. Not only did they go out of their way to help us fine exactly what wr wanted, but they worked with us on the price and informed us of a great warranty that we added. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and make sure you ask for Kris, tell him Diane Bay sent you!

Good purchase with no Tag

Stephanie is great to deal with and obviously very busy. I purchased a vehicle from the dealership and was satisfied until I did not receive the tag for my vehicle in a timely fashion as promised by the dealership.
